Over a decade ago, cloud computing became an important topic for small and large businesses alike. The new concept promises scalability, security, cost reduction, portability, and availability. While addressing this issue over the past several years, there have been intensive discussions about the importance of cloud computing technologies. Therefore, this paper reviews the transition from traditional computing to cloud computing and the benefit for businesses, cloud computing architecture, cloud computing services classification, and deployment models. Furthermore, this paper discusses the security policies and types of internal risks that a small business might encounter implementing cloud computing technologies. It addresses initiatives towards employing certain types of security policies in small businesses implementing cloud computing technologies to encourage small business to migrate to cloud computing by portraying what is needed to secure their infrastructure using traditional security policies without the complexity used in large corporations.

An issue facing the manager of a small business is the use of cloud computing to meet the information technology (IT) needs of the firm. These businesses typically have limited in-house IT capabilities and often outsource much of their IT. This paper discusses this rapidly evolving technology and provides a framework for businesses to decide on harnessing the power of cloud computing. It recommends the appropriate decision based on the way in which IT is currently used in the enterprise and future needs to meet competitive challenges. The potential cost savings, technology insurance from cloud computing, and security risks are discussed and factored into the decision.

Cloud Computing is the important aspect in Information Technology, which is believed to be suitable for Small business purposes for accessing the resources .Cloud Community portals are used for storing, accessing, synchronizing and for backup the files .The main concern in cloud portal is the security issues in public cloud like Drop box. Drop box are used to access the data whenever needed. In this paper, the attack of Drop box by means of Spam mails is taken into consideration and encryption techniques such as Honey Encryption is used for avoidance of attacks caused by Spam mails such as data stealing, guessing of passwords etc.

In the era of automation ruling the world by coming into each and every field, now it has entered into the field of Storage. Automation has reduced the time complexity and the manual power in the entire field it has intruded. And likewise it will reduce the time complexity and tracking of the stored items and retrieving the same from the storage. This model of storage can be done with the help of Internet of Things, Cloud computing and machine learning. Cloud computing plays a major role due to its robustness and its portability which does give an extra edge in the business. To survive in business today you need to make smart choices. Storage can be a small business savior. This model can be used in many fields like medicine, business etc. Tracking and retrieving in these large amounts of storage can be made easier with the help of database.

One of the most technological trends that enables on demand sharing of resources through Internet is Cloud Computing. It is a collection of hardware, software, storage, and services which are efficiently utilized to enhance business agility through reducing communication and computing costs. Although there are many advantages of cloud computing, organizations concern of the negative outcomes that may result when employing this technology. In this paper the author aims to find some factors to be considered by the organization before employing cloud computing technology. To achieve this goal the author used DeLone and McLean successes model that provides a comprehensive framework for measuring IS success. The model will enable the organization to spot the weakness and strength for each factor and in turn to make suitable decision toward a successful implementation of Cloud Computing.
