Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and Internet have changed the way organizations deliver services. Using ICT and Internet technology, organizations can deliver digital services to consumers quickly and effectively. In the context of libraries and digital libraries, service delivery has been greatly improved along with the extensive use of ICT and Internet in the library. This paper discusses the delivery of digital library services at UiTM’s Tun Abdul Razak Library (PTAR) with reference to the Information System Success Model introduced by Delone & Mclane. PTAR digital library initiatives such as MyKnowledge Portal, CHAT WITH LIBRARIAN, E-Class Information Skills (eKKM) are discussed by mapping them with service quality (SQ), Information Quality and System Quality elements in the IS Success Model. As a result, from the context of the use of the system as a service delivery platform, the implementation of PTAR digital initiative is found to be aligned with IS Success Model

This quantitative research targets decision makers, who rely on the analysis of web data (web analytics) in order to make strategic decisions. As identified in the literature, important factors in a web analytics context are information quality, human factors and the presence of actionable insights. Thus, the research had two objectives. The first objective was to provide a better understanding of the skill(s) that matter(s) the most when hiring, training, or working with a web analyst, with the objective of obtaining actionable insights from the reports the team of web analysts prepares. The second objective was to propose a model – based on the DeLone and McLean’s (2002) Information Systems (IS) success model – that predicts web analytics success on the basis of decision maker satisfaction, which in turn depends on information quality, and business, analytical and technical skills of a team of web analysts. The results obtained from this study reveal that web data analysis expertise, and the ability to provide agreed upon practical insights are key skills that have a significant impact on decision maker satisfaction. These findings are beneficial to several stakeholders, such as academia, researchers, and the business community, as they provide empirical evidence that may help develop curriculum, provide directions for future research, and determine what profiles to target when hiring or training web analysts. Furthermore, these results provide evidence of the reliability of the proposed research model, and the applicability of the DeLone et al.’s (2002) IS success model to the WA context.

The investment in information system brings significant impacts on the banking industry because it plays a pivotal role in providing better services and competitive edges. This study evaluated satisfaction level and benefit of the usage of the banking system which is m-Banking using the IS Success Model approach developed by DeLone and McLane in 2003. The population in this study was customers of one of the largest banks in Indonesia, namely Bank Central Asia (BCA) with a sample size of 200 customers. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS. The results showed that the IS Success Model consisting of system quality, information quality and service quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction in using BCA m-Banking. This study also validates the research conducted by DeLone and McLean (2003) in developing the IS Success Model as a measure of the quality and key to the success of an information system.
