Each organization operates in a particular market to make a profit. The company reports revenue in cases of sale of the goods or services produced. Sustainable business must be continuous and guaranteed by the sales lifecycle.This can help a business withstand the test of time, competitors, trends and market changes. Managers must be familiar with the business process and develop sales strategies and appropriate methods of action for the organization’s sales team.

The problem of sustainable development has become an imperative of globalization, which resolutely sets the request for companies to operate socially responsibly, i.e., to create value in a manner that is sustainable in the future by achieving economic, environmental and social goals. The wave of change, conditioned by digital transformation, is considered an opportunity, but also a challenge for the realization of the concept of sustainable development. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to consider the risks of sustainable business emerging from the implementation of ICT in the business process, with focus on the companies in the Republic of Serbia.

Companies, like human beings, also have five senses: marketing, sales team, service, contact centre and analytical; and doing without one of these would mean possessing a disability. Thus, a study of the satisfaction with a tourist destination is a highly relevant factor for tourist supervisors, since its results make it possible to find out about the right sales strategies and decisions that have to be adopted in order to improve the management and the competitiveness of the destinations. This study aims to check the level of dependency between two fundamental elements of the behaviour of tourism consumers, such as the reason why the trip was undertaken and the tourist’s objective satisfaction.

The objective of the research is to evaluate performance of Madubaru firm. This research use the methode of Balanced Scorecard which balancing measurement of non finance performance and finance performance. In the perspective learning and growth emphasize on the education and employees training, and also employees satisfaction. In the perspective of internal business process, it emphasize at the the level of success and organizational development. In perspective of customer emphasize at the customer satisfaction. In perspective of finance can see from finance ratio. The research have result learning and growth perspective with good performance, internal business process perspective with very good performance, customer perspective with enough performance, financial perspective estimation with good performance. At general we can assesd performanced of Madubaru firm is good and expected to be improved again.
