This paper analysed the basic principle of speed sensorless vector control system. Based on speed and current closed loop vector control, combined with a simple and feasible current hysteresis control strategy, the whole speed sensorless system of asynchronous motor is simulated in MATLAB/Simulink. The method uses the Model Reference Adaptive System (MRAS). The observation and analysis of waveform shows that the system has good static performance and robustness. The control effects are also as similar as the vector control system which contains speed sensor.

Alternating current (AC) machine speed-adjusting system plays a very important role in our daily life. Firstly, this paper studies the basic principle of vector control system for three-phase asynchronous motor based on the MT coordinate system, and this paper especially gives the calculation principle diagram of the current model for rotor flux. Then this paper establishes the double closed-loop vector control system based on the Matlab/Simulink detail, and gives the simulation results. The simulation results of the double closed-loop vector control system verify the correctness of the simulation models and the principle of vector controlling.

According to the characteristics of mine fanner, the running characteristic and requirements of load was analyzed, and the fanner control system was simulated by using frequency control technology in this thesis. The speed flux double closed loop vector control system was designed by using the principle of the rotor field-oriented vector control and the mathematical model of asynchronous motor. The simulation model was simulated and analysised by MATLAB/Simulink. The result indicated that the vector control system can not only quickly responded to the change of the load torque but also have good speed control performance, and the mine fanner operation requirements was satisfied.

In this paper, firstly, the mathematical model of three-phase asynchronous motor based on vector control system is introduced. Then, the question of coupling of flux, torque and current regulator is analyzed. The comparative study of feedback decoupling, feed-forward decoupling and cross coupling are developed qualitatively and quantitatively. According to this, the deviation decoupling method is proposed to realize the complete decoupling of current regulator. The simulation and experimental results show that, combined with the deviation decoupling and vector control, the decoupling of torque and flux linkage can be implemented completely, while the voltage coupling of current regulator can be eliminated. The results show that the proposed control scheme is feasible and has a fast dynamic respond.

According to the basic principle of vector control for the asynchronous motor, a speed sensorless vector control system of asynchronous motor is bulit which based on the Model Reference Adaptive System (MRAS) theory. The traditional MRAS speed identification algorithm is vulnerable to the effects of stator resistance, an improved method of MRAS speed identification is put forward. A simulation model of the speed sensorless vector control system based on MRAS is bulit in Matlab/simulink, the simulation results show that the speed estimation method can accurately calculate the speed of motor.
