Entrepreneurs are part of a dynamic and uncertain environment involving multiple decisions, which are interdependent and simultaneous. However, the action of the entrepreneur has been widely questioned. One of the main questions made about this entrepreneur’s strategy is that it isn’t consistently planned or prescribed in a deterministic way, the way that a lot of research in entrepreneurship and strategy seem to emphasize. Thus, this paper aims to conduct a theoretical construct designed to expose and discuss the topic entrepreneurship and strategy from the perspective of Effectuation logic, which is a alternative decision making model to the classic decision making model. Therefore, we carried out a bibliographic, exploratory and with qualitative analysis approach study. We conclude that there is a need to consider other approaches to understand the action of the entrepreneur in a non deterministic and nonlinear sight.

According to the present situation that the urban ecotope assistant decision-making method is limited to qualitative analysis, this paper intends to explore a way to combine quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, in order to make objective and accurate decision-making, take the research on assistant decision-making method a step further. The urban ecotope sustainable development indicators system (UESDIS) is structured. There are three-layer, four dimensions and thirteen individual indicators in the UESDIS. And on that basis, the weight of UESDIS is confirmed by AHP-Entropy model, the qualitative analysis is transformed into quantitative analysis. Then combined the impulse process method, the urban ecotope assistant decision-making model is constructed. At the same time, in order to achieve the purpose of assistant decision making, the planning conditions are deeply analyzed and then the development trend of ecosystem factors are got. Also, the application of the model is shown by specific examples.

Interest in obtaining a more accurate snapshot of the territory is increasingly relevant in most geographic studies. This proposal is based on the stakeholder analysis approach and the governance model approach to analysing any topic with a geographical profile or interest from an educational and methodological point of view. The selection of those approaches and the application of some related techniques have been used to generate a new tool for identifying and characterizing the key stakeholders in order to understand their behaviour and its influence or power on decision-making processes. This methodology can be used by educational members and geographers as a working basis to analyse an exchange social-learning from confronted interests.

AbstractIt is widely recognised that accessing and processing medical information in libraries and patient records is a burden beyond the capacities of the physician’s unaided mind in the conditions of medical practice. Physicians are quite capable of tremendous intellectual feats but cannot possibly do it all. The way ahead requires the development of a framework in which the brilliant pieces of understanding are routinely assembled into a working unit of social machinery that is coherent and as error free as possible – a challenge in which we ourselves are among the working parts to be organized and brought under control.Such a framework of intellectual rigor and discipline in the practice of medicine can only be achieved if knowledge is embedded in tools; the system requiring the routine use of those tools in all decision making by both providers and patients.
