Under the background of the rapid development of e-commerce and information network, the demand for urban distribution is also changing; especially customers' demand for fast delivery of products is increasing. Based on this, the optimization of urban traffic distribution path was studied under the fast response demand. In this paper, the importance and theoretical basis of the design of urban traffic planning under rapid response demand were expounded; then, the urban traffic distribution path planning was designed, and the layout principle of urban traffic roads, the division of road levels and the planning and design of motor vehicle roads were analyzed; through the planning project of the traffic distribution path in a city, analysis of the planning on roadways, three-dimensional traffic paths was achieved.

Street lighting plays a crucial role in a city’s night landscape and in urban traffic management, influencing users’ comfort and safety. To contain costs of public street lighting systems and to avoid energy waste, illuminance levels on road surfaces must be adequate to fit actual traffic volumes, as prescribed by regulations. This is true not only for motorized roads but also for sidewalks, paths, and pedestrian areas. Regulations in force establish a relationship between road traffic volumes and minimum illuminance levels through the lighting classes selection procedure. Lighting classes selection is based on various para meters among which traffic volume is the most difficult to evaluate because traffic volumes are generally estimated or measured by a traffic observation campaign. In this paper, an alternative method for classes association which is based on a space syntax approach, is described. The method was applied to the case study town of Pontedera (Italy) for the analysis of the pedestrian and motorized traffic and it shows a good correlation between measured and estimated traffic volumes, demonstrating how the methodology, with a precise and quick estimation of traffic volumes, can help lead to a suitable design of the lighting infrastructure, aiming to reduce energy waste and to avoid oversized lighting systems.

With the rapid development of urbanization in China, many cities begin to build subway to relieve the increasing traffic pressure. How to evaluate effect of subway on existing urban traffic system interests urban planners. Space Syntax is the most widely used theory for calculating accessibility measures. However, as the basis model of space syntax, axial-map is only aimed at 2D traffic system, not suitable for 3D situation. Based on natural-street map, a method is proposed which treats stations as junctions between subway and streets and rebuilds relation matrix to calculate accessibility. Using the method, we analyze a case study of Xi’an city in china. It is found out that subway can change accessibility to some extent depended on routine of subway and site of station, which implies it reasonable to layout subway along streets with high integration.

The internet service is provided by a given number of servers located in the main node of internet service provider (ISP). In some cases; the overload problem was occurred because a demand on a given website goes to very high level. In this paper, a fuzzy logic control (FLC) has proposed to distribute the load into the internet servers by a smart and flexible manner. Three effected parameters are tacked into account as input for FLC: link capacity which has three linguistic variables with Gaussian membership function (MF): (small, medium and big), traffic density with linguistic variables (low, normal and high) and channel latency with linguistic variables (empty, half and full); with one output which is the share server status (single, simple and share). The proposed work has been simulated by using MATLAB 2016a, by building a structure in the Fuzzy toolbox. The results were fixed by two manners: the graphical curves and the numerical tables, the surface response was smoothly changed and translates the well-fixed control system. The numerical results of the control system satisfy the idea of the smart rout for the incoming traffics from the users to internet servers. So, the response of the proposed system for the share of server ratio is 0.122, when the input parameter in the smallest levels; and the ratio is 0.879 when the input parameters are in highest level. The smart work and flexible use for the FLC is the main success solution for most of today systems control.

Usually elongated hospitalization is experienced byBurn patients, and the precise forecast of the placement of patientaccording to the healing acceleration has significant consequenceon healthcare supply administration. Substantial amount ofevidence suggest that sun light is essential to burns healing andcould be exceptionally beneficial for burned patients andworkforce in healthcare building. Satisfactory UV sunlight isfundamental for a calculated amount of burn to heal; this delicaterather complex matrix is achieved by applying patternclassification for the first time on the space syntax map of the floorplan and Browder chart of the burned patient. On the basis of thedata determined from this specific healthcare learning technique, nurse can decide the location of the patient on the floor plan, hencepatient safety first is the priority in the routine tasks by staff inhealthcare settings. Whereas insufficient UV light and vitamin Dcan retard healing process, hence this experiment focuses onmachine learning design in which pattern recognition andtechnology supports patient safety as our primary goal. In thisexperiment we lowered the adverse events from 2012- 2013, andnearly missed errors and prevented medical deaths up to 50%lower, as compared to the data of 2005- 2012 before this techniquewas incorporated. In this research paper, three distinctive phases of clinicalsituations are considered—primarily: admission, secondly: acute, and tertiary: post-treatment according to the burn pattern andhealing rate—and be validated by capable AI- origin forecastingtechniques to hypothesis placement prediction models for eachclinical stage with varying percentage of burn i.e. superficialwound, partial thickness or full thickness deep burn. Conclusivelywe proved that the depth of burn is directly proportionate to thedepth of patient’s placement in terms of window distance. Ourfindings support the hypothesis that the windowed wall is mosthealing wall, here fundamental suggestion is support vectormachines: which is most advantageous hyper plane for linearlydivisible patterns for the burns depth as well as the depth map isused.
