We present a fully automatic system that can produce high-fidelity, photo-realistic three-dimensional (3D) digital human heads with a consumer RGB-D selfie camera. The system only needs the user to take a short selfie RGB-D video while rotating his/her head and can produce a high-quality head reconstruction in less than 30 s. Our main contribution is a new facial geometry modeling and reflectance synthesis procedure that significantly improves the state of the art. Specifically, given the input video a two-stage frame selection procedure is first employed to select a few high-quality frames for reconstruction. Then a differentiable renderer-based 3D Morphable Model (3DMM) fitting algorithm is applied to recover facial geometries from multiview RGB-D data, which takes advantages of a powerful 3DMM basis constructed with extensive data generation and perturbation. Our 3DMM has much larger expressive capacities than conventional 3DMM, allowing us to recover more accurate facial geometry using merely linear basis. For reflectance synthesis, we present a hybrid approach that combines parametric fitting and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) to synthesize high-resolution albedo/normal maps with realistic hair/pore/wrinkle details. Results show that our system can produce faithful 3D digital human faces with extremely realistic details. The main code and the newly constructed 3DMM basis is publicly available.

This article provide necessary information about internal standard like its selection procedure, characterization, types and response factor , to all analyst who are connected with drug analysis. This article is more important and I think first article which focuses a clear idea about internal standard use in drug analysis.

A stock reduction analysis (SRA) of bigeye croaker Micropogonias megalops was performed based on commercial catch data. SRA solutions were restricted to a 2011 bigeye croaker stock biomass estimate of 14,412 t. The viable solution indicated a reduction in stock of 73.6% from 1983 to 2020 with an initial biomass of 22,186 t. In addition, a possible effect of hyperstability of the stock was evaluated by applying different versions of the Cobb–Douglas catch function. The most probable function based on a multi-model selection procedure was the one wherein the catch does not depend on biomass and is directly proportional to the applied fishing effort of small boats (~7 m) and vessels (~24 m). This situation suggests that in a free access regime, fishing can deplete the resource until it collapses, without observing a significant reduction in its catches until the event is very close.

This study aims to determine the effect of public ownership and public ownership on sustainability performance with the Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) as a moderating variable. This type of research is quantitative associative using secondary data taken from the IDX website. The population in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to the end of 2019. The sample selection procedure in this study used the purposive sampling method; only 87 company data met the criteria. The results of this study Public Ownership have a significant effect on sustainability performance; there is an effect of public ownership on sustainability performance. The IOS can moderate the influence of Public Ownership on Sustainability performance.

The primary objective of software testing is to locate bugs as many as possible in software by using an optimum set of test cases. Optimum set of test cases are obtained by selection procedure which can be viewed as an optimization problem. So metaheuristic optimizing (searching) techniques have been immensely used to automate software testing task. The application of metaheuristic searching techniques in software testing is termed as Search Based Testing. Non-redundant, reliable and optimized test cases can be generated by the search based testing with less effort and time. This article presents a systematic review on several meta heuristic techniques like Genetic Algorithms, Particle Swarm optimization, Ant Colony Optimization, Bee Colony optimization, Cuckoo Searches, Tabu Searches and some modified version of these algorithms used for test case generation. The authors also provide one framework, showing the advantages, limitations and future scope or gap of these research works which will help in further research on these works.

AbstractIn this paper, we focus on the problem of rank-sensitive proportionality preservation when aggregating outputs of multiple recommender systems in dynamic recommendation scenarios. We believe that individual recommenders may provide complementary views on the user’s preferences or needs, and therefore, their proportional (i.e. unbiased) aggregation may be beneficial for the long-term user satisfaction. We propose an aggregation framework (FuzzDA) based on a modified D’Hondt’s algorithm (DA) for proportional mandates allocation. Specifically, we adjusted DA to register fuzzy membership of items and modified the selection procedure to balance both relevance and proportionality criteria. Furthermore, we propose several iterative votes assignment strategies and negative implicit feedback incorporation strategies to make FuzzDA framework applicable in dynamic recommendation scenarios. Overall, the framework should provide benefits w.r.t. long-term novelty of recommendations, diversity of recommended items as well as overall relevance. We evaluated FuzzDA framework thoroughly both in offline simulations and in online A/B testing. Framework variants outperformed baselines w.r.t. click-through rate (CTR) in most of the evaluated scenarios. Some variants of FuzzDA also provided the best or close-to-best iterative novelty (while maintaining very high CTR). While the impact of the framework variants on user-wise diversity was not so extensive, the trade-off between CTR and diversity seems reasonable.

The introduction of electromobility contributes to an increase in energy efficiency and lower air pollution. European countries have not been among the world’s leading countries in this statistic. In addition, there have been different paces in the implementation of electromobility in individual countries. The main purpose of this paper is to determine the directions of change and the degrees of concentration in electromobility in European Union (EU) countries, especially after the economic closure as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The specific objectives are to indicate the degree of concentration of electromobility in the EU and changes in this area, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic; to determine the dynamics of changes in the number of electric cars in individual EU countries, showing the variability in this aspect, while also taking into account the crisis caused by COVID-19; to establish the association between the number of electric cars and the parameters of the economy. All EU countries were selected for study by the use of the purposeful selection procedure, as of December 31, 2020. The analyzed period covered the years 2011–2020. It was found that in the longer term, the development of electromobility in the EU, measured by the number of electric cars, is closely related to the economic situation in this area. The crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has influenced the economic situation in all EU countries, but has not slowed down the pace of introducing electromobility, and may have even accelerated it. In all EU countries, in the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic, the dynamics of introducing electric cars into use increased. The growth rate in the entire EU in 2020 was 86%, while in 2019 it was 48%. The reason was a change in social behavior related to mobility under conditions of risk of infection. COVID-19 has become a positive catalyst for change. The prospects for the development of this type of transport are very good because activities related to the development of the electromobility sector perfectly match the needs related to the reduction of pollution to the environment.
