Освещены вопросы формирования творческих способностей детей младшего школьного возраста на занятиях по декоративно-прикладному творчеству в учреждениях дополнительного образования. Рассмотрены педагогические условия, способствующие развитию творческого потенциала детей средствами декоративно-прикладного искусства. In the article, the aspects of forming the creative abilities of the children of primary school age during the decorative and applied arts lessons in the additional education institutions are covered. Pedagogical environment, dedicated to the development of the creative potential of the children by means of the decorative and applied arts lessons is examined.

Theatrical pedagogics allows for the considerable change of the ordinary school lessons and transforms its educational objectives. The students become stronger in their confidence of their skills to use Russian language as a means of communication and willingness to improve their knowledge. Dramatization in Russian language brings positive emotional experience, cultivates creative abilities in children, adds to their personality, trains interest towards the Russian language and Russian culture. Theatrical lessons create conditions for increasing motivation in studying Russian language with lessons in Russian as a foreign language.

This article discusses the modern education system, strengthening the requirements for teachers to educate the individual as free, creative, cultural and active, as well as the current role of the development of creative abilities in students. Also, based on scientists’ researches, the meaning and content of concepts such as creativity, creative activity, ability, and the fact that these concepts provide an opportunity to define the concept of “student's creative ability” are written. It was found out that creative ability is a complex of individual psychological features that successfully allow you to implement actions that meet all the requirements for creating material and spiritual values, as well as for inventing new products and findings. In the framework of the study of issues on the restoration and development of students' creative abilities, the components of students' creative abilities development are presented.

“Big Data” is a new topic and it is very hot nowadays. However, it is difficult to teach Big Data effectively by regular lecture. In this paper, we present a unique way to teach students Big Data by developing three levels of projects from easy to difficult. The three levels projects are initializing project, designing project, and comprehensive projects. They are developed to involve students in Big Data, train students’ skills to analyze concrete problems of Big Data, and develop students’ creative abilities and their abilities to solve real setting problems.
