The need to develop competitive innovative products and services encourages modern organizations to search for new ways to enhance the creative abilities of their personnel. Design thinking is one of the promising tools to elaborate organi-zational potential in generating ideas and developing new products which satisfy customer requirements to the most extent. Over last years design thinking has been developed as a practically­oriented approach aimed at solving customer problems. Within the frame of design thinking, deep understanding of their values, reactions, experience in interaction with the company and behavioral habits serves as a basis for focused ideation, fast prototyping and testing. Although the key characteristics, main stages, tools and techniques of design thinking are well established in the literature, far less attention has been paid to the restrictions and conditions of design thinking application within organizational environment. These issues determined the purpose of the study. First, the paper considered the evolution of the term design thinking, as well as portfolio of its tools and techniques applied at different stages of design thinking process. Further, the advantages, restrictions and conditions of design thinking application were specified. Design thinking allows to achieve 1) externally oriented organizational goals: development of innovations, improvement of products and services in accordance with customer needs, better interaction with customers; 2) internally oriented organizational goals: development of staff experience and creative abilities, team building and enchancing a creative corporate culture. The restrictions of design thinking implementation related to its key features (focus on customer experience, fast ideation, prototyping and testing) were established. Important conditions for design thinking implementation are as follows: understanding and taking into account its restrictions, introduction of a flexible format for design sessions, and formation of design teams in accordance with the experience, competencies and thinking style of their participants. Thus, design thinking is a useful approach for development of customer­oriented innovative solutions, although it should not be considered as a universal tool for solving all organizational problems.Keywords: design, design thinking, creativity, customer experience, Stanford model, «wicked» problems, design thinking techniques. Дизайн­мислення є перспективним напрямом дослідження для науковців і фахівців із менеджменту, ураховуючи позитивний досвід його використання і зростаючу популярність серед провідних компаній світу. Нині відомі характерні риси, етапи, інструменти та техніки дизайн­мислення, однак малодослідженим залишається питання щодо меж практичного застосування цього підходу, його переваг і недоліків. У статті виявлено переваги дизайн­мислення, зокрема: оперативне вдосконалення продуктів і послуг відповідно до потреб клієнтів, тімбілдинг, новий досвід і розвиток креативних здібностей персоналу, формування креативної корпоративної культури. Для успішного застосування дизайн­мислення під час організації дизайн­сесій необхідно враховувати його обмеження, упроваджувати гнучкий формат дизайн­сесій та підбирати учасників дизайн­команд за досвідом, компетенціями і стилем мислення. It was shown that interdisciplinary integration is presented as a means of increasing students’ independent creative abilities, increasing and shaping their worldview and scientific thinking, ultimately improving the entire educational process.

The article explains the contradictions in the Ukrainian system for developing creative abilities in preschoolers. It theoretically analyzes neuropedagogical and methodical aspects of developing creative abilities in preschoolers in painting classes. Besides, the article shows how they enhance professional training of fine arts teachers in Ukraine. It also presents and justifies the author’s set of competencies and recommendations for fine arts teachers working with preschoolers in the context of neuropedagogy and psychology of creativity. The article determines neuropedagogical and neuropsychological factors in the artistic creativity of preschoolers. It states that fine arts in preschool age act as a powerful tool for developing the child’s personality, shaping the self-concept and subjective self-identity. The international relevance of the article lies in the need: a) to disclose both destructive and transitional trends in primary school education in Ukraine to enhance its effectiveness; b) to reform the traditional system-centred education in the post-Soviet countries towards a subject-centred one.

The author of this investigation discusses the importance of musical-Choral Art in the formation of the student-musician. The main focus is on the analysis of the concept of «musical thinking». One of the definitions of this concept is given from the point of view of the internalization of music, as the mechanism of functioning of musical thinking. In this context this phenomenon is analyzed and characterized from various points of view. The author concludes that internalization is an indicator of the development of musical thinking of the student’s personality, and its development, as an integral phenomenon, opens up unlimited opportunities for the formation of creative abilities and the formation of the student’s spiritual culture.

The one of the main tasks in modern education system is the development of child's personality. In the context of preschool education, the development of a child's personality is carried out during the organization of children's visual activities. It helps to develop preschoolers’ artistic education and becomes one of the most essential conditions for the implementation of state standards. Supplementary education in preschool institutions plays an important role in the artistic and aesthetic development. The factors and the consequences of the "Industry 4.0" development for the human capital of the industrial enterprise were arranged in this paper. Taking into consideration the limitations of the current approaches the attention was concentrate on such human capital elements, as: education (knowledge and skills), creative abilities, motivation, health, flexibility. The particularity of this investigation is connected with the correlations between the influences of the "Industry 4.0" development on all human capital elements of the industrial enterprise, potential impacts on the educational system, the employment in industry and the labour market. The main factors of the influences of the "Industry 4.0" development on the human capital of the industrial enterprise are such as: cyber physical systems implementation in manufacturing and its automation; work places computerization; implementation and development of advanced smart-technologies and informational systems; agile adaptability to the needs of customers; uprising the new risks for the health of the employees. Furthermore, the enterprise has to know all the answers for the market demand and the ecological situation. The main characteristics of the human capital in the age of "Industry 4.0" are increasing the importance of the creative workers and their motivation; taking into account the individual peculiarities; providing the mobility and flexibility of the employees, the content of job, working hours, places of work. The preservation of health is considered as the key to the working capacity. The human capital development should be made taking into account the influences on physical and mental health of the employees. Such hazards for the human capital of the industrial enterprise were summarized: confidential data losing, forthcoming the new risks for the health of the employees, workers’ creative abilities decreasing, "burnout", inappropriate motivation, etc. The consequences of the "Industry 4.0" development are creating "Education 4.0", remote work and outsourcing development, changing of the employment structure, the content of job, standards of health and safety at work. The prospects for overriding the risks and the consequences of changes should be identified taking into account the particularities of the country technological development, the demographic determinants, the indicators of the labour market, as well as the particular characteristics of the industrial enterprises. It was identified such main global trends against the risks of the "Industry 4.0", as: the flexible labour market development, increasing the efficiency of health and safety at work, STEM and STEAM employees training, commitment to improve the soft skills of workers, taking into consideration the particularities of the economic sectors, the level of the innovation development of the country and its human capital, investments in staff training, etc.

The article provides a theoretical analysis of the problem of management of collective creativity in organizations. The relevance of identifying creative employees in companies and encouraging the manifestation of creative decisions among all staff, the importance of developing the creativity of the individuals and the group as a whole are substantiated. Studies that prove that creativity plays an critical role in the management of the organization and the company's competitiveness in the labor market are analyzed. The key concepts that underlie collective creativity are considered: creative decisions, creative abilities, innovative activity, favorable climate of the organization, etc. The specifics of creativity in connection with managerial and psychological aspects are revealed. There are two main categories of creativity research at the organizational level: the characteristics of members of the organization and the characteristics of the organization that promote and develop the creative abilities of employees. The characteristics of support for collective creativity in the organization are highlighted: strategy (strategies with an emphasis on innovation indicate the need for creativity and innovation in organizations), organizational culture (organizational culture that affects how employees value creativity, as a challenge to different subcultures to interact with each other to gain shared experience), methods (as the need for formal and informal methods to encourage interactions, methods that are developed in relevance to the specific needs and context of the organization), leadership (as support for creativity, where leaders could set goals for creativity and encourage employees to use the full potential of individual employees and collective creativity).
