ABSTRACT<br />The medical record officer at Bright Smiles Bali Clinic is still having difficulty in the process of<br />managing the data of outpatients because the clinic still using manual system that has not been<br />computerized. So it is necessary to design a web-based electronic medical record information system<br />that can help medical record officer in patient data management process. The method used in the<br />design of this system is the system development life cycle (SDLC) which consists of the planning,<br />analysis, design, implementation, and usage phases. The purpose and benefits of this information<br />system design is to produce a web based outpatient medical record information system at Bright<br />Smiles Bali Clinic. This information system facilitate medical record officer in carrying out patient<br />data management covering patient registration process, recording of patient medical record, doctors<br />data recording, code search on ICD 9 CM, code search on ICD 10. Besides, this information system<br />produces various reports as well as patient medical record information that management needs for<br />decision making.<br />Keywords: Information System, Electronic Medical Record, Outpatient, Web.<br />ABSTRAK<br />Petugas rekam medis di Klinik Gigi Bright Smiles Bali masih kesulitan dalam proses pengelolaan data<br />pasien rawat jalan karena masih menggunakan sistem manual yang belum terkomputerisasi.

This study intends to assess the development of IoT-based smart cities industry and the possibilities of blockchain integration from the perspective of industry stakeholders as the vision for a modern, integrated smart city future is predicated upon intelligence and the relationship between data-rich connections and human activities. Although this ideal of an interconnected urban landscape is currently being tested and actively used by consumers spanning a range of connected nodes and service solutions, the scalability, interoperability, and security of this emergent cyber-physical ideal has yet to be adequately resolved. This study used an exploratory study design following a mixed method design approach. A structured questionnaire survey (quantitative) and interviews (qualitative) were conducted for collecting data. IBM SPSS was used for the analysis of the data, which computed descriptive statistics, cross-tabulation, Pearson correlation, and ANOVA for quantitative data and thematic analysis for qualitative data. Through an empirical assessment of the perceptions and expertise of 122 stakeholders from within the worldwide IoT smart city industry, conceptual support for blockchain integration into the IoT solution was acquired, highlighting the solution-oriented, system-centered advantages of a decentralised, autonomous data management backbone that could be applied to future IoT-based smart city solutions. To meet the broad and diversified needs of the smart city and its future evolution, this study has confirmed that a commitment to decentralisation and blockchain intermediary data management is critical to scalable, secure, and autonomous negotiations of the IoT-enabled smart city networks.

Most of the industrial organizations, including SMEs, need to quickly react and adapt to the changing market conditions imposed by globalization, such as new sustainability directives or new type of customers. The fulfillment of these requirements on time is a must so as to remain competitive in the global markets. Since data management information systems are already present in almost all the corpus of industrial enterprises as custom developments or standard PLM solutions, the natural technical evolution that aims to provide an effective answer to these changing market conditions comprises the shifting from a data management perspective towards a process management view. Hence, the challenge is how to manage business processes that build upon existing information systems so as to encourage business agility, efficiency, and interoperability. The proposed approach roots on the Business Process Management (BPM) discipline and leverages process optimization through the systematic modeling and reengineering of business processes accompanied by supporting interoperable and configurable eco-services, which are conceived as sustainability-aware services designed to optimize some aspects of the product life-cycle through eco-constraints management.

Research in many academic fields today generates large amounts of data. These data not only must be processed and analyzed by the researchers, but also managed throughout the data life cycle. Recently, some academic libraries have begun to offer research data management (RDM) services to their communities. Often, this service starts with helping faculty write data management plans, now required by many federal granting agencies. Libraries with more developed services may work with researchers as they decide how to archive and share data once the grant work is complete.
