Multi-criteria analysis involves defining each criterion using attributes, based on a suitable alternative for achieving objectives. The method used in multi-criteria analysis is Analytical Hierarchy Process. Analytical hierarchical process (AHP) is a tool in the analysis of decision making, created in order to assist decision-makers in solving complex decision problems involving large number of decision makers, large number of criteria and in multiple time periods. AHP method is used for selecting the best renewable energy systems. The aim is to, by using the method of AHP, demonstrate which of the analyzed renewable sources of energy is the most convenient to be used in a sustainable system. Talun sub-district is a government institution that provides public services to the public, which at this time there is no assessment of service satisfaction from the community so that the District Talun cannot know the assessment or complaints from the public to public services provided. The research aims to determine the level of public satisfaction of Public Service in Talun Sub-district. AHP is a complex multi-criteria decision-making method, in an unstructured situation into sections that are then shaped into functional hierarchies to present problems to be solved and then build a priority sequence for alternatives by pairwise alternative comparisons based on judgments of decision makers against a system. The appraisal application yields the value of the public satisfaction level and the eigenvector ranked according to the highest data as the final value of the AHP calculation so that the eigenvector value obtained can facilitate the Camat to see which elements of service are not good.

Increasing population growth also contributes to the increasing need for homes or dwellings as basic human needs. Many ways people do to meet these needs, among others, by buying from someone else, building it yourself or by buying a house in a housing developer. Houses besides being a basic human need, it is also used as an indicator of one's success and as an asset for business development and an increase in the economic value of the owner. Prospective home buyers certainly have criteria that are considered in choosing a house. Many of the existing criteria are often followed by the availability of more than one choice of the house to be able to meet these criteria. Therefore, the writer tries to try to make a Decision Support System in a Home Purchase that will later help prospective home buyers in deciding which house to buy. The decision-making method used in this system is an analytical hierarchy process (AHP) as a form of decision-making model that is suitable for multi-criteria and multi-alternative problems with the main input being human perception. Combined with the Borda method which is one method of group decision making that can combine the results of perceptual analysis (the results of AHP analysis) from several decision makers. it is necessary to have a group decision-making technique (group decision support system). So that the resulting home purchase decision can be accepted by all decision makers (family). From the results of the calculation and voting process, House X was chosen with 9 votes.   Keywords: Home Purchase, Analytical Hierarchy Process, Borda

This research focuses on developing a model that can be used to assess the performance of Small to Medium-Sized Manufacturing Enterprises (SMEs). The model will result from the integration of a decision tool called the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and a data analysis model called Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). This research demonstrates that by eliminating flaws and taking advantage of each methodology's specific characteristics in identifying and solving problems, the new integrated AHP/DEA model appears to be a logical and sensible solution in multi-criteria decision-making problem.

The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) has been believed to be one of the most pragmatic and widely accepted methods for multi-criteria decision making. However, there have been various criticisms of this method within the last four decades. In this study, the results of AHP contradicting common expectations are examined for both the distributive and ideal modes. Specifically, conflicting priorities, conflicting decisions, and conflicting preference relations are investigated. A decision-making scenario is used throughout the paper and an illustrative example constructed from the decision-making scenario is provided to demonstrate each of the conflicting results recommended by AHP. With a parametric formulation of each unexpected result, the possibility of unexpected results of AHP is generalized irrespective of applying the distributive or ideal mode. The logic and causes of these contradictions are also analyzed. This study shows that AHP is not always reliable, and could lead the decision makers towards incorrect decisions.

The application of renewable energy has become increasingly widespread worldwide because of its advantages of resource abundance and environmental friendliness. However, the deployment of hybrid renewable energy systems (HRESs) varies greatly from city to city due to large differences in economic endurance, social acceptance and renewable energy endowment. Urban policymakers thus face great challenges in promoting local clean renewable energy utilization. To address these issues, this paper proposes a combined multi-objective optimization method, and the specific process of this method is described as follows. The Hybrid Optimization Model for electric energy was first used to examine five different scenarios of renewable energy systems. Then, the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution was applied using eleven comprehensive indicators to determine the best option for the target area using three different weights. To verify the feasibility of this method, Xiongan New District (XND) was selected as an example to illustrate the process of selecting the optimal HRES. The empirical results of simulation tools and multi-objective decision-making show that the Photovoltaic-Diesel-Battery off-grid energy system (option III) and PV-Diesel-Hydrogen-Battery off-grid energy system (option V) are two highly feasible schemes for an HRES in XND. The cost of energy for these two options is 0.203 and 0.209 $/kWh, respectively, and the carbon dioxide emissions are 14,473 t/yr and 345 t/yr, respectively. Our results provide a reference for policymakers in deploying an HRES in the XND area.
