Discovering and using valuable and meaningful data which is hidden in large databases can have strategic importance in the managerial decision making process for organizations to gain competitive advantage. With the increasing data flow, it has become more difficult for organizations to store this data and gain useful knowledge to manage their business operations and functions. Knowledge discovery process that is based on data mining methods has widely been used in business operations and management functions.This paper investigates formal concept analysis which is a powerful tool in knowledge representation and discovery and explains association rule mining based-on formal concept analysis. An experimental study is given for employee selection function ofHRM by using formal concept analysis method to model the qualifications of candidates which are needed for the job position. The qualifications of the candidates are modelled with concept lattices and the qualifications of the candidates are matched with the ones determined in the job specification.

The purpose of this paper was to analyze how the regulation of legal personality by positive law affected the rights and freedoms of individuals in the period of the Polish People’s Republic. The possession of legal personality leads to the empowerment of an organization and facilitates it by pooling resources to achieve a certain goal. Having legal personality also gives an entity a certain autonomy vis-à-vis other entities, including its members and the state. The analysis has shown that in the period of the Polish People’s Republic, positive law was deliberately used to limit the possibility of creating entities with their own legal personality. The formal concept of a legal person was used instrumentally as a tool to impede the possibility of building an organization outside state control. It also led to a structurally incorrect and practically questionable recognition of the judicial capacity of entities that did not have legal personality. In addition, using the concept of an economic unit in the area of economy, a functional criterion was adopted to determine the participants of economic turnover, which also broke with the traditionally adopted in this respect approach based on legal personality. This led some of the representatives of civil law doctrine at that time to consider the institution of legal personality as useless, which testified to the fact that the legal environment and the applied mechanisms typical of an authoritarian state suppressed any autonomy and independence of interest underlying a separate legal personality.

Therefore, through a relational value of model and an aesthetic realism, Salih defines an innovative interactive and immersive reality within an analytic functionalism and a psycho-functionalist view in the perspective to transcend the Islamist conservative approach of formal concept analysis and then to deconstruct the Western absorption of temporal concept analysis. It is within this respect, the principle of this paper appears to be a social deconstructionism, a modality and property differentiation concerning the status quo of the Be-ing, and a transformative reform about anthropological prerequisites and requests. In this respect, the realm of functionalism, functional linguistic and aesthetic realism involve this Salih’s object argument in a transgressive object relation.

In this paper we conducted an investigation on the performance of the students during the second semester of the academic year 2020-2021. We looked at the performance results obtained by students on the laboratory work, practical and final exams while we were forced by the Covid pandemic to move entirely into an online education system. Our focus was to determine the impact of a consistent behaviour (or lack of it) on the final student performance. We determined that, even in an online setting, a good involvement (in terms of attendance and good performance) guarantees good final results. The investigations were performed using the Formal Concept Analysis, which is a very powerful instrument already used by us in previous research in order to detect student behaviour in using an e-learning portal. Another set of results showed that the change of the final mark computation formula to be based in a higher proportion on the lab work was closer to the actual overall performance of students

The application of knowledge graphs has been restricted in some domains, especially the industrial and academic domains. One of the reasons is that they require a high reliability of knowledge, which cannot be satisfied by the existing knowledge graph research. By comparison, traditional knowledge engineering has a high correctness, but low efficiency is an inevitable drawback. Therefore, it is meaningful to organically connect traditional knowledge engineering and knowledge graphs. Therefore, we propose a theory from Attribute Implications to Knowledge Graphs, named AIs-KG, which can construct knowledge graphs based on implications. The theory connects formal concept analysis and knowledge graphs. We firstly analyze the mutual transformation based on the ideas of symmetry with a strict proof among the attribute implication, the formal context and the concept lattice, which forms the closed cycle between the three. Particularly, we propose an Augment algorithm (IFC-A) to generate the Implication Formal Context through the attribute implication, which can make knowledge more complete. Furthermore, we regard ontology as a bridge to realize the transformation from the concept lattice to the knowledge graph through some mapping methods. We conduct our experiments on the attribute implication from the rule base of an animal recognition expert system to prove the feasibility of our algorithms.

El presente artículo tiene como propósito realizar un estudio sobre las percepciones en torno a una educación remota y a una educación híbrida en la educación superior.  El estudio de caso de un programa universitario de posgrado se articula con el enfoque de la investigación basada en el diseño para analizar percepciones sobre una educación remota en tiempos de pandemia e identificar factores claves de éxito para una nueva normalidad educativa a partir de los microciclos de la fase de implementación.  Entre los hallazgos, se reconoce que una educación remota respondió a la emergencia de la pandemia y se identificaron factores claves de éxito tales como la temporalización del proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, la docencia sincrónica, el diseño tecnopedagógico de los entornos virtuales de aprendizaje, y la transformación digital universitaria.  Estos resultados permiten resignificar el concepto tradicional de educación híbrida incorporando fortalezas de la educación remota, y reposicionándola como una modalidad de estudio estratégica para una nueva normalidad educativa que recupere progresivamente la presencialidad y expanda el aprendizaje de los estudiantes. La presente investigación contribuye a plantear pistas desde la educación híbrida hacia una renovada educación postpandemia. The purpose of this article is to lead a case study on perceptions around remote education and hybrid education in higher education.  The case study of a graduate university program is articulated by the design-based research approach for analyzing perceptions about remote education in the Covid-19 pandemic and to identify key success factors for new educational normality through the microcycle of análisis and exploration.  Among the findings, it is recognized that remote education responded to the emergency of the pandemic and identified key success factors such as teaching and learning timing, synchronous teaching, instructional design of virtual learning environments, and digital transformation in universities. These results allow us to re-signify the formal concept of blended learning including key strengths of remote learning and consider it as a strategic learning model for new higher education normality that will progressively recover face-to-face classrooms and expand students’ learning. This research contributes to raising clues from blended learning to renovate post-pandemic education
