The pyridinocrownophane derivatives containing 2,6-diaryl-γ-arylpyridine subunit and the aza-14-crown-4 ether ring have been exhibit high cytotoxicity on several tumor cell lines such as Hep- G2, MCF7, FL, RD, Lu. This study continues to develop method of synthesis of new γ-(fur-2-yl)pyridinoaza-14-crown-4-ether (2), γ-(naphthalen-1-yl)pyridinoaza-14-crown-4-ether (3), γ-(thien-2-yl)pyridinoaza-17-crown-5-ether (4) and γ-(2-pyridino)pyridinoaza-17-crown-5-ether (5) based on the 1,5-bis- (2-acetylphenoxy) -3- -oxapentane (1a) and 1,8-bis- (2-acetylphenoxy) -36-dioxaoctane (1b). The structure of these derivatives has determined by 1 H NMR, HPLC-MS.

Multi mycotoxins analysis in this research has the purpose to develop method of analysisfor rice sample with a simple and fast preparation and novel technology using LC-MS/MS. Several blankrice samples were spiked with standards of 8 classes of mycotoxins (Aflatoxin B1, Aflatoxin B2, AflatoxinG1, Aflatoxin G2, Deoxynivalenol, Zearalenon, T-2, and HT-2). Parameter of linearity, precision, recovery,limit of detection and limit of quantification were obtained and calculated. The result shows that all thevalidation parameters comply with criteria of method validation. Sonication method that was chosen toextract analites and Solid Phase Extraction Column that used for sample clean up are successful methodsthat have contribution for precise and accurate data. The Identification and quantification with LC-MS/MS help to determine and distinguish each mycotoxin through chromatogram appearance, retention timeand a specific m/z.

Була проведена розробка способу нанесення еміте-ра на електроди газорозрядних ламп шляхом занурен-ня їх у суспензію емітера з попереднім вакуумуван-ням. Проведені експериментальні дослідження наелектродах ламп ДРЛ-250 із вивчення впливу попе-реднього вакуумування на приріст маси емітера, на-несеного на електрод, і на ступінь заповнення внут-рішніх порожнин електрода емітером, на основі якихзапропонована технологія нанесення емітера на еле-ктроди газорозрядних ламп із попереднім вакууму-ванням.Подаються результати проведених експеримен-тальних випробувань та одержані порівняльні хара-ктеристики для способів нанесення емітера на елек-троди газорозрядних ламп за відомою технологієюта шляхом вакуумування. The article presents the results of work which was carried out to develop method of application of the emitter electrodes of discharge lamps by dipping them in a suspension of the emitter to the previous vacuumizing. Experimental studies were carried out on electrodes of lamps DRL-250 from the previous study the effect of evacuation on weight gain of the emitter, deposited on the electrode and the degree of filling of internal cavities emitter electrode on which it was proposed the technology of application to the emitter electrodes of discharge lamps with the previous vacuumizing . The article also gives results of experimental tests and obtained the comparative characteristics of methods for applying the emitterelectrodes in HID lamps known technology and by previous vacuumizing.

The parallel application program development technology and process is analyzed based on the MATLAB parallel and distributed computing toolbox. Hereby, the comparison of the serial computing and the parallel computing is done by computer simulations, and the parallel computing program design and develop method is proposed. The simulations results show that, the parallel computing technology has many advantages in the calculation of high intensive and it is convenience of the parallel application development using MATLAB.
