Systematic mapping of green human resource management: Bibliometric analysis

This study discusses the trend about green human resource management (GHRM) conducted by researchers in international scope. This study aims to understand: (a) the distribution and research links about GHRM in the last 5 years; (b) the level of productivity of GHRM researchers; and (c) the distribution map and international publication of GHRM research according to the keywords. The data collection is done by conducting a data search through Scopus using the keywords of ‘strategic human resource management with the category, article title, abstracts, and keywords during the last five years (2016-2021). The data choice is only based on the articles that have been published and focused on the field of business, management, and accounting. The data is then exported into CSV (comma-separated values) format. The trend of the development of international publications in the GHRM field is analyzed using VosViewer software. The research results show that the development of the instrumentation field in 2016-2021 indexed by Scopus has the highest occurrence in 2020, which reached 78 publications (29.66%). The international publication of the GHRM field is mostly published by the Journal of Cleaner Production, while the most productive author in GHRM is Charbel Jose, Chiapetta Jabbour.

VUCA: A Bibliometric Analysis of published literatures using R

Objective - This study presents a bibliometric analysis on the publications of VUCA research from Scopus database for an unspecified period. However, it has been determined that VUCA only emerges in Scopus publications starting from 2012. Methodology/Technique - A Bibliometric analysis using R-Studio software was performed using the Scopus database as atMarch 2021.Based on keywords used, which is related to VUCA in the article title, the study retrieved 108 documents and after one document was excludeddue to relevancy issues, only 107 documents were further analyse usingvarious tools. Findings - Emerging concerns such as leadership and management in COVID-19 and post-COVID-19 could be interesting study topics to pursue in the coming years. Overall, due to the scarcity of publications on this topic, the prospects to publish in this area are plentiful.This topic's publication has only emerged since 2012. Novelty - The publication trend has been on the rise since 2019 and is projected to continue if the COVID-19 pandemic is considered one of the most pressing challenges in the VUCA field of study. This provided future researchers with many opportunities to publish in SCOPUS on a recent VUCA topic. Issues of leadership and management in the new COVID-19 Pandemic standards could be a fascinating subject to explore in terms of publication possibilities. Clearly, they both combine references to actors and movies, but do they combine them through the same cognitive technique(s)? This paper starts by addressing the question of how these two instances of reference differ. The line of argumentation that is supported suggests that a world-building theory needs to be employed in order to understand the difference. In doing this, the paper aims and contributes to the theoretical advancement of world-building approaches by arguing for the introduction of the concept of ‘Real Worlds’ in research on Text Worlds and Discourse Worlds. Data set sample analyses employing the Real World concept are included to verify the main theoretical premise. The analyzed texts cover traditional genres such as political speeches as well as modern-day, boundary-blurring genres such as Twitter messages. Artykuł rozpoczyna się od odpowiedzi na pytanie, czym różnią się te dwa przypadki odniesienia. Wynikiem zaprezentowanej argumentacji jest sugestia, aby w celu zrozumienia różnicy między nimi wyjść od teorii tworzenia światów. Opowiedzenie się za wykorzystaniem koncepcji „świata rzeczywistego” w badaniach nad światem tekstu i światem dyskursu ma na celu rozwój i wzmocnienie teorii tworzenia światów. W weryfikacji podstawowej przesłanki teoretycznej w artykule uwzględniono wyniki analizy próbek ze zbioru danych, w których wykorzystano koncepcję „świata rzeczywistego”. Analizie poddano zarówno teksty reprezentujące tradycyjne gatunki, takie jak przemówienia polityczne, jak również teksty, w których dochodzi do zacierania granic międzygatunkowych, na przykład wiadomości w serwisie społecznościowym Twitter.
