We introduce the BMO spaces and use them to characterize complex-valued functions f such that the big Hankel operators H f and H f ¯ are both bounded or compact from a weighted large Fock space F p ϕ into a weighted Lebesgue space L p ϕ when 1 ≤ p < ∞ .

In the paper, we investigates the isotropic Nikol'skii-Besov classes $B^r_{p,\theta}(\mathbb{R}^d)$ of non-periodic functions of several variables, which for $d = 1$ are identical to the classes of functions with a dominant mixed smoothness $S^{r}_{p,\theta}B(\mathbb{R})$. We establish the exact-order estimates for the approximation of functions from these classes $B^r_{p,\theta}(\mathbb{R}^d)$ in the metric of the Lebesgue space $L_q(\mathbb{R}^d)$, by entire functions of exponential type with some restrictions for their spectrum in the case $1 \leqslant p \leqslant q \leqslant \infty$, $(p,q)\neq \{(1,1), (\infty, \infty)\}$, $d\geq 1$. In the case $2<p=q<\infty$, $d=1$, the established estimate is also new for the classes $S^{r}_{p,\theta}B(\mathbb{R})$.

In the theory of one-dimensional trigonometric series, the Hardy-Littlewood theorem on Fourier series with monotone Fourier coefficients is of great importance. Multidimensional versions of this theorem have been extensively studied for the Lebesgue space. Significant differences of the multidimensional variants in comparison with the one-dimensional case are revealed and the strengthening of this theorem is obtained. The Hardy-Littlewood theorem is also generalized for various function spaces and various types of monotonicity of the series coefficients. Some of these generalizations can be seen in works of M.F. Timan, M.I. Dyachenko, E.D. Nursultanov, S. Tikhonov. In this paper, a generalization of the Hardy-Littlewood theorem for double Fourier series of a function in the space L_qϕ(L_q)(0,2π]^2 is obtained.

Abstract In this paper, we find a necessary and sufficient condition for the modulus of continuity for which subsequences of Fejér means with respect to Vilenkin systems are bounded from the Hardy space H p {H_{p}} to the Lebesgue space L p {L_{p}} for all 0 < p < 1 2 {0<p<\frac{1}{2}} .

AbstractWe consider a class of vector-valued elliptic operators with unbounded coefficients, coupled up to the first order, in the Lebesgue space $$L^p({\mathbb {R}}^d;{\mathbb {R}}^m)$$ L p ( R d ; R m ) with $$p \in (1,\infty )$$ p ∈ ( 1 , ∞ ) . Sufficient conditions to prove generation results of an analytic $$C_0$$ C 0 -semigroup $${\varvec{T}}(t)$$ T ( t ) , together with a characterization of the domain of its generator, are given. Some results related to the hypercontractivity and the ultraboundedness of the semigroup are also established.

Let p→∈(0,∞)n be an exponent vector and A be a general expansive matrix on Rn. Let HAp→(Rn) be the anisotropic mixed-norm Hardy spaces associated with A defined via the non-tangential grand maximal function. In this article, using the known atomic characterization of HAp→(Rn), the authors characterize this Hardy space via molecules with the best possible known decay. As an application, the authors establish a criterion on the boundedness of linear operators from HAp→(Rn) to itself, which is used to explore the boundedness of anisotropic Calderón–Zygmund operators on HAp→(Rn). In addition, the boundedness of anisotropic Calderón–Zygmund operators from HAp→(Rn) to the mixed-norm Lebesgue space Lp→(Rn) is also presented. The obtained boundedness of these operators positively answers a question mentioned by Cleanthous et al. All of these results are new, even for isotropic mixed-norm Hardy spaces on Rn.

In this paper we present a method of studying a convolution operator under the Sonin conditions imposed on the kernel. The particular case of the Sonin kernel is a kernel of the fractional integral Riemman–Liouville operator, other various types of the Sonin kernels are a Bessel-type function, functions with power-logarithmic singularities at the origin e.t.c. We pay special attention to study kernels close to power type functions. The main our aim is to study the Sonin–Abel equation in the weighted Lebesgue space, the used method allows us to formulate a criterion of existence and uniqueness of the solution and classify a solution, due to the asymptotics of the Jacobi series coefficients of the right-hand side.

AbstractBounded and compact differences of two composition operators acting from the weighted Bergman space $$A^p_\omega $$ A ω p to the Lebesgue space $$L^q_\nu $$ L ν q , where $$0<q<p<\infty $$ 0 < q < p < ∞ and $$\omega $$ ω belongs to the class "Equation missing" of radial weights satisfying two-sided doubling conditions, are characterized. On the way to the proofs a new description of q-Carleson measures for $$A^p_\omega $$ A ω p , with $$p>q$$ p > q and "Equation missing", involving pseudohyperbolic discs is established. This last-mentioned result generalizes the well-known characterization of q-Carleson measures for the classical weighted Bergman space $$A^p_\alpha $$ A α p with $$-1<\alpha <\infty $$ - 1 < α < ∞ to the setting of doubling weights. The case "Equation missing" is also briefly discussed and an open problem concerning this case is posed.
