COVID-19 is a pandemic with a wide reach and explosive magnitude, and the world has been bracing itself for impact. Many have lost their jobs and savings, and many are homeless. For better or worse, COVID-19 has permanently changed our lives. For college students, the pandemic means giving up most of the on-campus experience in the postpandemic era and performing online learning instead. Virtual lessons may become a permanent part of college education. Large-scale online learning typically utilizes interactive live video streaming. In this study, we analyzed a codec and video streaming transmission protocol using artificial intelligence. First, we studied an intraframe prediction optimization algorithm for the H.266 codec based on long short-term memory networks. In terms of video streaming transmission protocols, real-time communication optimization based on Quick UDP Internet connections and Luby Transform codes is proposed to improve the quality of interactive live video streaming. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed strategy outperforms three benchmarks in terms of video streaming quality, video streaming latency, and average throughput.

AbstractDue to the increase in computing power, it is possible to improve the feature extraction and data fitting capabilities of DNN networks by increasing their depth and model complexity. However, the big data and complex models greatly increase the training overhead of DNN, so accelerating their training process becomes a key task. The Tianhe-3 peak speed is designed to target E-class, and the huge computing power provides a potential opportunity for DNN training. We implement and extend LeNet, AlexNet, VGG, and ResNet model training for a single MT-2000+ and FT-2000+ compute nodes, as well as extended multi-node clusters, and propose an improved gradient synchronization process for Dynamic Allreduce communication optimization strategy for the gradient synchronization process base on the ARM architecture features of the Tianhe-3 prototype, providing experimental data and theoretical basis for further enhancing and improving the performance of the Tianhe-3 prototype in large-scale distributed training of neural networks.

The principle objective of this paper is to build up a Computational Private Information Retrieval conventions on cloud design utilizing deletion code for made sure about information sending. These conventions are too costly in view of the fact that they are combining complicated numerical operations for the whole database. Essentially distributed storage engineering would provide a range of higher performing capacity staff that provides long-term internet storage management and even the distributed storage architecture. Putting information away and retrieving it in an external cloud system and public review plan creates difficulties and disputes about classification of information during transfers. On any outsider's case, this dispute is usually a massive amount of knowledge stored with the cloud worker. Also you can defeat this problem by means of various methods such as encryption, key encryption, etc. In either case, overall encryption plans maintain confidentiality of information during the exchange, thus restricting the utility of the capability system in parallel with this cycle. This is because a few activities have only been supported by scrambled knowledge. These techniques will cause disappointment. To building a protected stockpiling framework that underpins different capacities is testing when the capacity framework is appropriated and has no focal power.
