In the multi-objective optimization algorithm, the parameter strategy has a huge impact on the performance of the algorithm, and it is difficult to set a set of parameters with excellent distribution and convergence performance in the actual optimization process. Based on the MOEA/D algorithm framework, this paper construct an improved dual-population co-evolution MOEA/D algorithm by adopt the idea of dual-population co-evolution. The simulation test of the benchmark functions shows that the proposed dual-population co-evolution MOEA/D algorithm have significant improvements in IGD and HV indicators compare with three other comparison algorithms. Finally, the application of the LTE base station power allocation model also verifies the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

The goal of this paper is to deliberate issues pertaining to teamwork effectiveness among students in a university environment. Final year project is an important assessment to measure students’ teamwork skills in the university. Three main factors have been identified that contribute to teamwork effectiveness. The factors are namely interpersonal skills, interdependence and commitment to success. Interpersonal factors include social sensitivity and emotional engagement attributes. In this perspective, measures such as teamwork support, care, trust, honesty and respect towards team members are important key criteria. On the other hand, interdependence among others includes traits such as promoting each other to achieve common goals, bringing the best of each other and helping each other completing the task. Commitment to team success involves high obligation, high motivation, strong common goals and strong shared values and beliefs. In this paper, construct items for each factor are developed based on previous studies. The findings show that these factors are relevant toward the success of the student’s final year project. Lacking these skills may result in poor performance among team members and may lead to unfavorable outcome.

On the basis of clarifying the teachers' Ethics internalization theory, this paper analyzes the typical dilemma in teachers' Ethics internalization . To resolve these problems, this paper construct an overall framework, including security mechanism, normative mechanism, education mechanism, evaluation mechanism and supervision mechanism, which the external conditions are used to constantly strengthen the moral needs of the subject, then enhance the consciousness of moral internalization, improve the effectiveness of teachers' moral construction.

"Positive semi–definite circulant matrices arise in many important applications. The problem arises in various applications where the data collected in a matrix do not maintain the specified structure as is expected in the original system. The task is to retrieve useful information while maintaining the underlying physical feasibility often necessitates search for a good structured approximation of the data matrix. This paper construct structured circulant positive semi–definite matrix that is nearest to a given data matrix. The problem is converted into a semi–definite programming problem as well as a problem comprising a semi–defined program and second-order cone problem. The duality and optimality conditions are obtained and the primal-dual algorithm is outlined. Some of the numerical issues involved will be addressed including unsymmetrical of the problem. Computational results are presented."

Rough set theory is a useful tool for knowledge discovery and data mining. Covering-based rough sets are important generalizations of the classical rough sets. Recently, the concept of the neighborhood has been applied to define different types of covering rough sets. In this paper, based on the notion of bi-neighborhood, four types of bi-neighborhoods related bi-covering rough sets were defined with their properties being discussed. We first show some basic properties of the introduced bi-neighborhoods. We then explore the relationships between the considered bi-covering rough sets and investigate the properties of them. Also, we show that new notions may be viewed as a generalization of the previous studies covering rough sets. Finally, figures are presented to show that the collection of all lower and upper approximations (bi-neighborhoods of all elements in the universe) introduced in this paper construct a lattice in terms of the inclusion relation ?.

Abstract Nowadays, the design and construction of efficient internet of things (IoTs) has become a new strategies for improving living quality of all aspects. Emerging as one of the most significant extension of medical IoTs, wireless body area networks (WBANs) is capable of monitoring crucial physiological and behavioral information through wearable sensors, offering a new paradigm for the next-generation healthcare systems. As a matter of fact, due to the inherent open wireless communicating characteristics, data security and user privacy issues of WBANs have attracted attentions from both industry and academia. So far, lots of relevant researches emphasize on secure transmission and privacy protection. However, the computation and communication limitations for individual WBAN sensor have not been taken proper consideration. Moreover, the implementation of cloud computing infrastructure has provided WBANs with superior transmission and processing qualities. Emphasizing on the above issues, this paper construct a pairing-free authentication and sensor cooperation scheme in cloud-assisted WBANs, where most of the practical requirements for WBAN sensors could be satisfied. Our design guarantee the sensor anonymity in the whole transmission session. Note that our design offers pairing-free validation procedure followed with active sensor cooperation, which is suitable for massive sensor scenarios. The security analysis proves that our designed scheme is capable of achieving desired security properties and offer adequate resistances to the charted malicious attacks. Meanwhile, security comparison demonstrates that the proposed protocol is secure compared with the state-of-the-arts.

In this paper, construct a toy a model which demonstrates that large field single scalar inflation can produce an arbitrarily small scalar to tensor ratio in the window of e-foldings recoverable from CMB experiments. This is done by generalizing the [Formula: see text]-attractor models to allow the potential to approach a constant as rapidly as we desire for super-Planckian field values. This implies that a non-detection of [Formula: see text] alone can never rule out entirely the theory of large field inflation.

This paper proposes a modified Gompertz model with a constant free term based on the classical Gompertz model. Different from the three-sum method for determining the parameters of classical Gompertz model, this paper construct an optimization problem with the help of nonlinear least squares method. Moreover, employing the Levenberg-Marquardt method and the MATLAB software, the numerilal solution of the optimization problem is found. A numerilal example is provided in this paper. Finally, this paper uses this model to forecast the consumption level of Chinese rural residents, and the results illustrate the modified Gompertz model provides accurate prediction.

In our country, the common problems of the quenching machine tool in manufacturing are lack of systematic and modular. In design and manufacturing process, there is no designing platform for the whole life cycle of the machine tool. Aimed at this problem, this paper construct a intelligent designing platform for the general quenching machine tool based on the whole life cycle. The platform can control the whole life cycle of the quenching machine tool. It used NEI biological network technology on the machine tool designing CAD system module. The platform realizes the automatic discovery, negotiation and combination of the designing resources and design knowledge. The platform generates a self-organization, self-aggregation, collaborative intelligent designing environment. The platform broke the limitations of the traditional machine tool design and solved the problems lacking of a systematic modular to the quenching machine tool in manufacturing industry .

In view of lack of systemic analysis on the optimization of water utilization structure and water allocation, the paper construct three-step allocation model of water utilization based on synergy theory. In the first step, identifying optimal allocation of domestic water, industrial water, agricultural water, ecological and environmental water with the synergy among the different purposes. In the second step, giving reasonable weight of different types of water using unit with the synergy among the different subjects. In the third step, allocating different demand of water using units in different months with the synergy among the different time. Finally, take the allocation of water in Y city in 2015 for example, we give the analog allocations of the model.
