Nowadays, the part program describes only the process itself and not the obtained performance. The operator monitors just some of the variables describing the actually obtained product and appropriately adjusts the values of the programmed variables. This adjustment is realised with a considerable delay and without an adequate fundament (many times even intuitively). Moreover, process monitoring currently follows only to notice the occurrence of perturbations and, hence, of deviations from process plan. As consequence, the performance in accomplishing the manufacturing task might be diminished due to an insufficient knowledge about both the system dynamics and the conditions in which the process is performed. Starting from these premises, the challenge addressed here is to rebuild at conceptual level the monitoring system such us the monitoring becomes holistic, this meaning evaluation & reveal of machining system current state & dynamics. In other words, the holistic monitoring concerns both the values of the variables describing the system state and the relations of causality between them. In this paper, the holistic monitoring is introduced through an illustrative sample. The monitoring variables and functions are defined and sampled.

The Process planning is the procedure to opt for and schedule manufacturing procedure so as to attain one or more organizational goals and suit with a set of constraints. More specifically a Process planning in the reconfigurable manufacturing setup engages a sequence of all activities from raw material storage into the finished manufactured yield. In the current study a manufacturing setup of automotive industry is discussed. At the outset of papers, a basic process plan is modeled that includes design requirements after that it is mathematically modeled. Mathematically modeled process plan is then optimized in order to find optimal solution. Research then search the potential of linear programming optimization technique in handling optimization of process plan.

Industrial process planning is principally an association between design and development or final production and has vital function in the manufacturing systems. In this paper the under research industry is security vehicle manufacturing industry in Pakistan. First of all a fundamental process plan is developed and then modeled mathematically using progressive closed loop approach. Mathematically modeled process plan is then optimized in order to find optimal or sub optimal solutions. Research then investigates the capability of an innovative optimization technique called stochastic search in handling optimization of manufacturing process plan. This new technique of stochastic, searches the best approximate process planning solution. Finally the research examines the convergence of optimization techniques to an optimal solution for a manufacturing framework.

AbstractThis descriptive qualitative research aims to determine the management programs of Arabic in preschool children at Yayasan PAUD of Sultan Qaimuddin Kendari. Data collection uses interviews with the head of the foundation, observations, and documentation about the management programs of Arabic in preschool children. The results show that the foundation uses the functions of management program studies in implementing Arabic learning programs in preschool children so the program runs effectively and efficiently, namely: (1) Planning the Arabic language program for preschool children through the stages of need identification, coordination meetings, preparation of work programs, implementation of work programs, and supervision. (2) Organization at this foundation is that the founder as chairman of the foundation holds the highest authority and is assisted by official members, supervisors, and organizers, including teachers and administrative staff. (3) Implementation of the Arabic language program for preschool children at this foundation is to prepare the matters related to determining the teachers, making the learning process plan, determining the learning schedule, and required infrastructure. (4) Controlling the Arabic language program in preschool children is carried out in a direct method.

During the high temperature forging process, the thermal parameters such as the temperature field and strain field in the blank have an important influence on the crack damage and micro-structure in the forging. We use the rigid viscoelastic finite element method to carry out the forging process of a heavy aero-engine blade the finite element numerical simulation was carried out to obtain the temperature field, strain field and forging load change law in the forging process with time, and on this basis, combined with the crack damage and repair mechanism and the re?crystallization structure evolution law, an optimization was proposed. The forging process plan. That is, the pre-forging is performed on the basis of the tolerance of the final forging dimension under pressure of 4 mm, the pre-forging temperature is 1160?C, and the final forging temperature is 1120?C. The actual forging process test verifies the feasibility of the process plan, which is the engineering of this process the application lays the scientific foundation.
