The problem with the condition of the Solar Power Plant is still not optimal due to position of the solar cells in generator is still static so that absorption of light is still not even though Hybrid technology is now available but cannot be optimized properly and still cannot be optimized implemented especially in small scale and remote areas. Another problem that needs attention is the continued operation of installed Solar Power Plants (SPPs), considering the installation and maintenance of the plant requires high investment costs because the installation of solar panels requires a large amount of land and costs besides requiring qualified technical personnel to handle problems and monitoring plant conditions are needed quickly and accurately. From the description of the problem, the first step is to identify the technology used in the factory, the second is the need to design a new system to be able to solve important problems in the plant and the third is to build a computerized system that uses the Hybrid Method on the plant used. is a combination of Artificial Intelligence and Data Mining Processes so that it can present accurate data so that it can help and analyze plant performance, monitor and control plants remotely quickly by using Web Control.

Along with internet growth, security issues come into existence. Efficient tools to control access and to filter undesirable web content are needed all the time. In this paper, a control access method for web security based on age estimation is proposed, where the correlation between human age and auditory perception is taken into account. In particular, access is denied if a person’s age is not appropriate for the given web content. Unlike existing web access filters, our biometric approach offers greater security and protection to individual privacy. From a technical point of view, the machine-learning regression model is used to estimate the person’s age. The primary contributions of this paper include an age estimation module based on human auditory perception and provision of an open-source web filter to prevent adults from accessing children web applications. The proposed system can also be used to limit the access of children to a webpage specially designed for adults. Our system is evaluated with a dataset collected from 201 persons with different ages from 06 to 60 years old, where it considered 109 male and 82 female volunteers. Results indicate that our system can estimate the age of a person with an accuracy of 97.04% and a root mean square error (RMSE) of 4.2 years. It presents significant performances in the verification scenario with an Equal Error Rate (EER) of 1.4%.

A remote indoor environment monitoring system based on a STC90C52AD microcontroller and wireless network technology is presented in this paper to solve the problems in existing environment monitoring system. With a Web control platform, the environmental monitoring systems can remotely monitor the indoor environment, and scientifically guide users to improve the indoor environment. The environmental monitoring module is communicated with display terminal, so that users can use PC, mobile phone or Pad to achieve the remote monitoring for indoor environmental via the Internet, GPRS, 3G and other networks. To improve the quality of life while achieve intelligent management. This system has been implemented successfully by the State Grid Corporation Shandong Electric Power Group Corporation and the department of Automation of Wuhan University in collaboration.

Hardware connection and software implementation of communication are designed between the S7-200 PLC and Ethernet. Hardware composition is introduced and low-power microprocessor S3C2440 is selected as the control chip, DM9000 as Ethernet control chip, serial port RS-232 as testing interface. Monitoring page is designed to show the status of PLC. PPI protocol is known by analysing the communication process of S7-200 with PC. Embedded web server Boa is transplanted and CGI program is developed in Linux embedded operating system. It can realize the function of reading and writing I/O value and simulation value. The experiment shows that the system can realize reliable serial communication. It brings a great convenience to work.
