The purpose of the article is to review the concepts for creating web applications, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of modern technologies for weather forecasting. The article presents modern client-server technologies. The concept of a single-page application and other technologies that allow interaction between the client and the server online are discussed in detail. The development of an application for tracking weather conditions based on the architecture of the SPA is presented. The research methodology includes processing theoretical information and analyzing the architecture of the application, built on the principle of SPA, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of approaches to client-server interaction, using Angular, Vue, React libraries, using APIs to create applications. The novelty of the research is the analysis of the modern concepts and technologies that allow you to develop web applications that can be used to build a modern web application of the Single Page Application concept, a detailed analysis of Angular, Vue, React libraries and user interaction with such systems, analysis of Service Workers technology as a way of hashing. Conclusions. The article analyzes modern technologies for creating web applications, presents their advantages and disadvantages, discusses the concept of Single Page Application and describes the development of an application for tracking weather conditions, provides analogues for comparative characteristics, discusses problems that arise when the client part interacts with the server application of SPA principles.

Dynamically-typed languages offer easy interaction with ad hoc data such as JSON and S-expressions; statically-typed languages offer powerful tools for working with structured data, notably algebraic datatypes , which are a core feature of typed languages both functional and otherwise. Gradual typing aims to reconcile dynamic and static typing smoothly. The gradual typing literature has extensively focused on the computational aspect of types, such as type safety, effects, noninterference, or parametricity, but the application of graduality to data structuring mechanisms has been much less explored. While row polymorphism and set-theoretic types have been studied in the context of gradual typing, algebraic datatypes in particular have not, which is surprising considering their wide use in practice. We develop, formalize, and prototype a novel approach to gradually structured data with algebraic datatypes. Gradually structured data bridges the gap between traditional algebraic datatypes and flexible data management mechanisms such as tagged data in dynamic languages, or polymorphic variants in OCaml. We illustrate the key ideas of gradual algebraic datatypes through the evolution of a small server application from dynamic to progressively more static checking, formalize a core functional language with gradually structured data, and establish its metatheory, including the gradual guarantees.

The construction industry, traditionally considered quite conservative, is now going through a marked change. With competition intensifying, companies have begun to gradually adopt various digital technologies to reduce construction costs, such as the wireless concrete monitoring sensors, which implement a temperature-strength monitoring method for concrete. Each device has its technological features, which are considered in the development of the concepts. Enclosure design is the most important stage of product development. An enclosure made in-house has many advantages and disadvantages. The most important part of the design of an electronic device enclosure is the preliminary research stage. This article presents features of wireless monitoring sensor enclosure design. A data acquisition station (DAS), also referred to in the network topology as a “gateway”, will be used to collect data from the wireless monitoring sensor over the selected protocol. The server application was created based on HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript. Testing of the wireless monitoring sensor, SDS, and the server application working together showed full functionality. A study is also given on the determination of concrete strength using the developed sensor according to the ASTM method and using the IPS MG 4.0 by GOST.

The scholarships given to the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo include outstanding scholarships (PPA) and underprivileged scholarships (BBP). During the selection made by the university which has 9 faculties throughout the university by manual method. Although there are requirements and files that must be submitted during registration as a potential recipient, this still supports the objectivity of the selection being carried out. For this reason, it is necessary to have an innovation digitally in the selection process for this scholarship recipient. Selection system that was built practically, quickly, and accurately. For this reason, it is necessary to support the support of a client-server application and also the Fuzzy TOPSIS algorithm to determine the results of calculations and rankings based on the calculation value of each student who has been registered as a scholarship recipient. In this study, an application that is a client server has been made, where students can enter prospective scholarship recipients online. The application made has implemented the TOPSIS Fuzzy Algorithm for sorting or ranking. So that this selection work is considered faster, easier and has objective results based on the system. From the applications that have been made, 1,000 students have been tested with the composition of quotas on PPA scholarships as many as 370 and 875 for BBP scholarships. Of the 1000 data on registered students, 239 met the top ranking requirements which were declared PPA scholarship recipients. As well as the top 793 students as BBP scholarship recipients, a letter of recommendation will be printed automatically based on the information the student has received as a scholarship candidate. This trial application recommendation is for ± 3 minutes. With an average value of 77.60% satisfactory..

The aim of the work was to compare two technologies for creating server applications based on the JavaScript programming language. For the purposes of the research, two test applications were created. The first one was built on the basis of the Express programming framework and the second one on the basis of the Hapi framework. The client part of both applications was prepared using the React library. The client and server parts communicated with each other by means of REST API – the universal HTTP interface. The client application sent requests to the server application which then performed basic operations on the MongoDB basis and returned the result. As part of the work, an experiment consisting of four scenarios was developed. In each scenario, a different type of data was taken into consideration: a string of characters, an array, an object and an array of objects. The research focused on the efficiency aspect – measuring the response time of requests during GET, POST, PUT and DELETE operations. The tests were performed on two computers and the measurements were made in two ways: using a single code embedded in test applications and using the Postman tool. The obtained results, after averaging and analyzing them allowed for the conclusion that the Express framework proved to be more efficient than Hapi due to the shorter response time of requests. Only in the scenario where operations with large datasets were performed was the response time of requests at a similar level.

В статье представлены результаты модернизации ранее разработанного клиент-серверного приложения для исследования характеристик корпоративной сети. Результаты проведенных исследований позволили сделать вывод о том, что усовершенствованный программный продукт можно применять для сбора статистических данных о характеристиках сетевого подключения при передаче информации в корпоративной сети компании. The article presents the results of the modernization of a previously developed client-server application for the study of the characteristics of the corporate network. The results of the conducted research allowed us to conclude that the improved software product can be used to collect statistical data on the characteristics of the network connection when transmitting information in the corporate network of the company.

To achieve sustainable development, detailed planning, control and management of land cover changes that occur naturally or by human caused artificial factors, are essential. Urban managers and planners need a tool that represents them the information accurate, fast and in exact time. In this study, land use changes of 3 periods, 1994-2002, 2002-2009, 2009-2015 and predictions of 2009, 2015 and 2023 were assessed. In this paper, Maximum Likelihood method was used to classify the images, so that after evaluation of accuracy, amount of overall accuracy for images of 2013 was 85.55% and its Kappa coefficient was 80.03%. To predict land use changes, Markov-CA model was used after assessing the accuracy, and the amount of overall accuracy for 2009 was 82.57% and for 2015 was 93.865%. Then web GIS application was designed via map server application and evoked shape files through map file and open layers to browser environment and for design of appearance of website CSS, HTML and JavaScript languages were used. HTML is  responsible for creating the foundation and overall structure of webpage but beautifying and layout design on CSS.

This study aims to solve the problem of processing book data at the Sidikalang District Court Library, which currently does not have an information system to process library data such as book data, library member data, borrowing and returning books. In the absence of information regarding available books, the library leader, namely customer representative recreation, the Sidikalang District Court does not know exactly the type and number of books available so that it can hamper the development of the library. This problem is resolved by designing a client-server application for library information systems in libraries. Sidikalang District Court. With this library information system it is hoped that it can simplify the work of librarians, the system for recording book data and member data becomes more structured, fast and accurate, accelerates the process of searching for member data, book data, borrowing, and returning transaction data, and services to library members become more good.

The Spectral Workbench is an open-source, community driven software suite to obtain and disseminate spectral data. It consists of a client application that collects spectral readings and a server application that is an online database of spectral data. It is difficult to detect software defects in the Spectral Workbench application. A static analysis tool, SonarQube, was selected to find these defects. Numerous defects were detected and documented. SonarQube will increase the reliability of the Spectral Workbench, which provides numerous benefits including increased confidence in its data and effectiveness which will drive additional number of users for spectral repository data collection.
