The probabilistic hesitant fuzzy set (PHFS) and probabilistic hesitant fuzzy element (PHFE) have drawn the attention of scholars in recent years and have been applied in several disciplines. However, existing PHFE distance measures have several shortcomings. Therefore, in this study, we propose a new PHFE multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) method, based on the comprehensive characteristic distance measure. First, we devise a new PHFE comparison method and then define the comprehensive characteristic distance measure, based on four characteristics. Finally, based on the traditional TODIM method and prospect theory, we propose a new PHFE recognition method. The comprehensive characteristic distance measure avoids the introduction of errors, including an unequal number of elements and order adjustment. Meanwhile, the four characteristics make the measurement results more comprehensive and reasonable, and applicable to a variety of situations while avoiding counterintuitive phenomena. Compared with traditional approaches, the method in this article selects appropriate parameters according to actual situations to obtain more objective conclusions, which results in better flexibility and operability. Besides, the simulation results verify the effectiveness of this recognition method.

AbstractOnly the label corresponding to the maximum value of the fully connected layer is used as the output category when a neural network performs classification tasks. When the maximum value of the fully connected layer is close to the sub-maximum value, the classification obtained by considering only the maximum value and ignoring the sub-maximum value is not completely accurate. To reduce the noise and improve classification accuracy, combining the principles of fuzzy reasoning, this paper integrates all the output results of the fully connected layer with the emotional tendency of the text based on the dictionary to establish a multi-modal fuzzy recognition emotion enhancement model. The provided model considers the enhancement effect of negative words, degree adverbs, exclamation marks, and question marks based on the smallest subtree on the emotion of emotional words, and defines the global emotional membership function of emojis based on the corpus. Through comparing the results of CNN, LSTM, BiLSTM and GRU on Weibo and Douyin, it is shown that the provided model can effectively improve the text emotion recognition when the neural network output result is not clear, especially for long texts.

Abstract In order to improve the effect of English speech recognition, based on digital means, this paper combines the actual needs of English speech feature recognition to improve the digital algorithm. Moreover, this paper combines fuzzy recognition algorithm to analyze English speech features, and analyzes the shortcomings of traditional algorithms, and proposes the fuzzy digitized English speech recognition algorithm, and builds an English speech feature recognition model on this basis. In addition, this paper conducts time-frequency analysis on chaotic signals and speech signals, eliminates noise in English speech features, improves the recognition effect of English speech features, and builds an English speech feature recognition system based on digital means. Finally, this paper conducts grouping experiments by inputting students' English pronunciation forms, and counts the results of the experiments to test the performance of the system. The research results show that the method proposed in this paper has a certain effect.

The environmental adaptabilities of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) play an important role for high-speed trains’ reliability and comfort. The weathering of LDPE depends on environment factors, while the complexity of the weathering processes inhibits the evaluation of environmental weathering risks. To elucidate the correlation between weathering and environmental factors, and to predict the weathering risk of target areas of interest, three-year-long natural weathering tests were conducted at twelve natural exposure stations in China. Properties of weathered LDPE were compared and analysed using factor analysis. The fuzzy recognition method based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was established and used to predict the weathering risk based on environmental database. The results indicate that the factor scores can partitioned the atmospheric environments into five weathering risk grades. This article used the accumulated cumulative temperature of the daily maximum temperature for weathering risk evaluation, which is more scientific than the annual average temperature widely used and is useful for revealing the difference in LDPE weathering in Turpan and Korla. A comparative chart of LDPE’s weathering risk in China was established by this fuzzy recognition method for the first time, which caters to the continuous extension of high-speed railway to new regions.

Aiming at the problems of low fire detection accuracy and high false alarm rate of the current intelligent camera fire accident alarm system, a fire accident alarm system based on fuzzy recognition algorithm is designed. By analyzing the structural principle of the fire detection and alarm system, selecting the CO gas, temperature and smoke sensor selection, designing the corresponding fire signal detection circuit, and designing the single-chip system circuit, including the single-chip clock circuit, reset circuit, power supply circuit and A/D conversion circuit design, on the basis of in-depth study of the Bluetooth communication protocol structure, the hardware design of the serial interface circuit of the single-chip microcomputer, PC and Bluetooth module has been completed. The fuzzy recognition algorithm is used to set the input and output, establish the control rule table and reasoning relationship, generate the input and output rule table, preprocess the sensor signal, and finally output the fire alarm model through the fuzzy inference system, so as to realize the fire accident alarm of the intelligent camera. The experimental results show that the fire detection accuracy of the proposed method is high, and can effectively reduce the false alarm rate and false alarm rate of the system.
