Student-centered learning (SCL) has been acknowledged and supported by research as very important for helping students develop life-long independent learning and transferable skills. Yet the implementation of SCL in European higher education has been patchy where experts in the field call for the need for a framework that could guide higher education institutions (HEIs) in designing and implementing SCL. This paper aims to fill in this identified gap by reflecting on the basic literature and social theory to propose the reflexive GOAL (Goals (vision and objectives), Organization (structures), Actions (immersion into structures and actions), and Learning a culture (instilled through reflexivity)) framework for the implementation of SCL in higher education in its broader sense to encompass elements from in-class learning to extra-curricular and community engagement.

The relevance of the problem of separated interests of economic subjects in procurement is outlined. The task of enhancement of economic subject procurement efficiency by virtue of reasonable choice of an executor is set. To solve the targeted task, a quantitative approach to assessment of separated interests of a customer and procurement procedure participant was proposed. Within the approach, coefficients of satisfying interests of a customer and procurement procedure participant were introduced and formalized. The foundation of formalization lies in logical development of existing score assessment methods of tender applications as regards separated interests as well as the notion of interaction of economic subjects in network organization structures. The expected result of interaction of a customer and procurement procedure participant is formalized in terms of a relative indicator, also characterizing interaction tenacity. The underlying strength of interaction of a customer and participant is determined. Appropriateness of the proposed quantitative approach is proved by verification results. The method of efficiency enhancement of economic subject procurement is formed on the basis of quantitative approach. Enhancement of efficiency is achieved through making rational managerial decisions, well-grounded by formalized interests of a customer and procurement procedure participant. Feasibility of this method as well as integration convenience of formalized interests into practically frequent automation elements of assessment of tender applications are confirmed by approbation results.

The article focuses on theoretical approaches of modeling of network organization structures. Advantages and disadvantages of network organization structures are given. Network nodes are shown in modeling as graphs and connecting lines as its ribs. Issues of organization networks stability from the model viewpoint were analyzed. Main requirements to geometry configuration of organization networks are stated which must correspond to a practical goal, i.e.: stability, reliability, feasibility or profitability. The term «geometrical stability» was examined and conditions for its achievement. The concept of integrated assessment of network organization structure stability is presented. A set of mathematical features is proposed for construction a mathematical model of organization network stability, divided into two groups of coefficients (geometrical and economic), reflecting the framework of the network structure under study as a geometrical object. A number of coefficients is deduced and studied, which makes it possible to evaluate the organization network on a wider and deeper scale. Concepts of quantitative and structural stability are studied. A principle of equilibrium for the network organization structure as a social and economic system is formulated. Their distinctive feature is found out. Underlying ideas of development of the integrated indicator of stability and methods to determine network organization structure of major company management were grounded. New approaches to calculation of the integrated indicator of network organization structure stability are suggested.

The proposed framework is set up to guarantee that record keeping is considered when planning and actualizing ICT systems. The joining of record keeping usefulness in ICT frameworks is best practiced with regards to system planning, design, testing, implementation, and review. Integration of functionality of electronic records management functionality in ICT framework addresses to which extent existing ICT frameworks have been coordinated with records. The framework is pointed expressly at looking over 'master' application systems (for instance, HR, budgetary organization, or case the board structures). Regardless, it may similarly be used for assessing the arrangement and errand of employments, for instance, attempted substance organization structures that are proposed to supervise unstructured electronic records (messages, word-arranged reports, spreadsheets, etc.) consistent with the administrator's standards.

The main aim of this paper is to identify critical success factors (CSFs) and investigate whether they are the same or not across different project organization structures. The organization structures under the study are: functional, project, and matrix. The study is based on a survey that was conducted on a large number of software projects in Jordan. To rank success factors (SFs) and identify critical ones, we use the importance index of SFs, which is calculated based on the likelihood and impact across different structures. For deeper analysis, we carry out statistical experiments with an ANOVA test and Spearman’s rank correlation test. Analysis results of an ANOVA test partially indicates that the values of the SF importance index are slightly different across the three organization structures. Moreover, the Spearman’s rank correlation test results show a high degree of correlation of the SF importance index between the function and project organization structures and a low degree of correlation between the function and matrix organization structures.
