Abstract Young-harvested purple corn can be processed to some products, including traditional processed dodol in Indonesia, that very liked by all people until now. The superiority of purple corn dodol is it has component of anthocyanin that has antioxidant activities. The ingredient using young-harvested purple corn. The method using complete randomize design, factor I extractor water P (300ml, 400 ml, 500ml), factor II heating duration L (15 minutes, 25 minutes, 35 minutes), each intervention done by 3 times repeating, cooked in boiled temperature. The data analyze using Anova, and continue with DMRT test. The level of panelists’ acceptance using organoleptic test with display parameter of colour, smells, texture, and taste test. The result of this research showed that the intervention which very liked by panelists was P1L1 500g of corn extracted by 300 ml of water with heating duration about 15 minutes, with component of water 24.86%, ash 0.44%, protein 5.98%, and high relative anthocyanin 4.04 (μg/g). Dodol processed of purple corn can be developed to instant product, with proper packaging can support functional food product diversification that has high sale value.

AbstractAs Java 8 introduced functional interfaces and lambda expressions to the Java programming language, the JDK API was changed to introduce support for lambda expressions, thus allowing consumers to define lambda functions when using Java’s collections. While the JDK API allows for a functional paradigm, for API consumers to be able to completely embrace Java’s new functional features, third-party APIs must also support lambda expressions. To understand the current state of the Java ecosystem, we investigate (i) the extent to which third-party Java APIs have changed their interfaces, (ii) why or why not they introduce functional interface support and (iii) in the case the API has changed its interface how it does so. We also investigate the consumers’ perspective, particularly their ease in using lambda expressions in Java with APIs. We perform our investigation by manually analyzing the top 50 popular Java APIs, conducting in-person and email interviews with 23 API producers, and surveying 110 developers. We find that only a minority of the top 50 APIs support functional interfaces, the rest does not support them, predominantly in the interest of backward compatibility. Java 7 support is still greatly desirable due to enterprise projects not migrating to newer versions of Java. This suggests that the Java ecosystem is stagnant and that the introduction of new language features will not be enough to save it from the advent of new languages such as Kotlin (JVM based) and Rust (non-JVM based).

The purpose of this chapter is to assist educators in understanding how to create handmade content to support functional skills, following a multi-step recipe will serve as the example, while the application of dot codes can be applied to other content areas as well as support transfer of skills to the home environment. Students are using the speaking-pen in both the home and classroom conditions to support repeated trials in their natural environment. A succinct description of implementing dot-codes into the classroom to support functional skills specific to individuals with ASD will be shared. This chapter will focus on following a multi-step recipe; however, the implementation can be applied to multiple areas of functional instruction.
