As an online and offline integrated service of refund, replacement, and after-sales service, omnichannel is placing itself as a major service used in the online shopping market, as efficiency and an integrated operation system develop according to channel integration due to ICT development. Centered on young people who have recently put importance on in-store experience and direct experience, offline pickup service is reinforced beyond online delivery. This study aims to analyze the effects of a distribution company’s brand factors on customer consumption value and satisfaction targeting the omnichannel-based pickup service. The research model was designed to find out whether brand image, identity, attachment, and trust factors affect consumption satisfaction factors through the intervention of emotional and functional consumption value factors. This study targeted 324 consumers using Korea’s omnichannel-based pickup service and carried out a questionnaire survey. According to the analysis result, the brand image and brand identity had a positive (+) effect on the emotional value and functional value. Brand attachment and brand trust positively affected emotional value but the hypothesis on functional value was rejected. Hence, brand factors were confirmed to work on improving a consumer’s emotional value effectively.

Abstract It is of great significance to improve the mechanization level and construction quality of tunnel construction. At present, large cross-section tunnels are emerging in China. The construction method based on manual work and supplemented by a machinery has long construction period, high labor intensity, and structural quality that cannot be guaranteed. To address those issues, this paper proposes the construction method of bolting-grouting integrated operation for an unmanned arch erection to achieve the rapid and safe construction of large section tunnels and reducing the amount of manual work. This paper mainly introduces the bolting-grouting integrated operation trolley, which can achieve the automatic installation of steel arch, the construction of locking anchor pipe, and shotcrete. Besides, this paper designs a new type of steel arch and an alternative way of longitudinal connecting reinforcement of steel arch. Moreover, with the field test and optimization adjustment of the Xinwushaoling tunnel, it is found that the construction method of bolting-grouting integrated operation for unmanned arch erection can overcome some disadvantages of traditional construction methods.

In this paper, a many-objective optimization algorithm was developed using SPEA2 for a system of four reservoirs in the Karun basin, including hydropower, municipal and industrial, agricultural, and environmental objectives. For this purpose, using 53 years of available data, hedging rules were developed in two modes: with and without applying fuzzy logic. SPEA2 was used to optimize hedging coefficients using the first 43 years of data and the last 10 years of data were used to test the optimized rule curves. The results were compared with those of non-hedging methods, including the standard operating procedures (SOP) and water evaluation and planning (WEAP) model. The results indicate that the combination of fuzzy logic and hedging rules in a many-objectives system is more efficient than the discrete hedging rule alone. For instance, the reliability of the hydropower requirement in the fuzzified discrete hedging method in a drought scenario was found to be 0.68, which is substantially higher than the 0.52 from the discrete hedging method. Moreover, reduction of the maximum monthly shortage is another advantage of this rule. Fuzzy logic reduced 118 million cubic meters (MCM) of deficit in the Karun-3 reservoir alone. Moreover, as expected, the non-hedging SOP and WEAP model produced higher reliabilities, lower average storages, and less water losses through spills.
