The article is devoted to the analysis of the construction and operation of a large oil storage facility. The article covers the construction and calculation of surface and underground oil storage facilities. The process of receiving and storing large volumes of oil and oil products is carried out at large oil storage facilities. The construction of this type of large-scale oil storage facilities is carried out on the basis of two plans. The first construction plan is the construction and operation of surface oil storage facilities. The article also includes a report on the loading and unloading of oil and oil products brought by rail for admission to large oil storage facilities. The report on the loading and unloading of oil and oil products imported by water was also considered.

The test of battery energy storage station has the characteristics of low degree of automation, complicated testing process, and many cooperation links. Especially for the battery energy storage station monitoring, there are currently no corresponding test tools and test methods. Based on the business function and energy storage equipment simulation modularization, test configuration and test case configuration ideas, this paper designs a set of battery energy storage station simulation test system. It realizes the functions of configurable equipment model of energy storage power station, selectable communication protocol, settable test scenarios, scripted execution of test process, automatic generation of test results, etc., and can provide specialization tool for the testing of the grid-side battery energy storage station monitoring system, effectively improve the testing efficiency. The field test results show that the test system is accurate and effective.

In order to ensure the normal operation and personnel safety of energy storage station, this paper intends to analyse the potential failure mode and identify the risk through DFMEA analysis method, and then through the targeted treatment of potential risk items, formulate effective design prevention countermeasures and personnel emergency measures, so as to improve the energy storage station. The reliability of the battery can reduce the safety risk and ensure the safe operation of energy storage station.
