In order to be able to draw accurately and to interpret the drawings properly, the skills of the students' drawing skills and therefore spatial visualization and spatial orientation must be developed. The studies in the literature are mostly concerned with examining the spatial skills of students with various models or investigating the effects of different methods and techniques on the spatial skills of students. For this reason, the effect of dynamic geometry software on the three-dimensional shapes of elementary school mathematics teacher candidates has been examined in this study. The mixed method research paradigm is chosen as the methodology of this study. This research involves two parts: the first is, under quantitative paradigm, the true experiment and the second is, under qualitative paradigm, case study. In the true experimental design. 30 pre-service elementary mathematic teachers are divided randomly into two groups as control and experiment group. 15 pre-service teachers in the experiment group participated to the Cabri 3D Plus workshop for 3 weeks. According to the results of the research, it is revealed that the candidates of the Cabri 3D program have an effect on the drawing of three dimensional geometric shapes.

This research was conducted with the use of models of e-learning by using power point based screencast o-matic videos to improve teaching mathematics achievement in elementary school students as a means to support the teaching and learning process and not just implement the teaching materials, but also create an atmosphere of interesting and fun learning. The purpose of this study are: (1) To describe teaching elementary mathematic using power point based screencast o-matic videos in elementary school students (2) Knowing the learning achievement after using power point based screencast o-matic videos. This research data obtained from direct observations during the learning and observation of the form of questionnaires and interviews with the subjects. The result that use power point based screencast o-matic videos can increase interest in learning, as well as the easy absorption of the material so that it can improve student learning outcomes teaching elementary mathematics.(this Preprint has been presented in " The 4th International Symposium on Mathematics Education and Innovation" (4th ISMEI), SEAMEO Regional Centre QITEP In Mathematics, 1-3 November 2016, Yogyakarta Indonesia; and has been accepted in The 4th ISMEI Proceeding at November 2016.

Preservice teacher in my elementary mathematic method class often find it difficult to imagine how much help manipulative materials or an activity approach can be to a chi ld in learning a new concept. To help them understand, I teach them the metric ystem-for many an intimidating subject- using the ame materials and approache that would be used with children, although covering the material in a shorter period of time. If the e method help the preservice teachers learn the metric system, then they hould be convinced that the same approaches will work with chi ldren. ln turn, they will be more likely to use manipulatives in their own classrooms in the future.
