Chatbot simulates humans' conversations through computer programs using natural language. They are developed for various reasons and purposes, such as virtual characters and entertainers or as an interactive game component. Nowadays, Chatbots for education are using widely to enable students to engage with learning content constantly. In this study, students use Chatbot to query the Web Programming learning contents such as code description, coding and problem-solving. However, the successful responses of Chatbot to student queries is unknown. The lecturers also do not know the desired learning content of students who use the Chatbot. Thus, the purposes of this study are to explore the probability of a student getting successful responses in each conversation and to identify the students desired learning content. The learning analytics method is used to analyse the learning data of Chat-bot. The data analysis performed is descriptive analysis and binomial probability testing. The finding of the studies showed that the value of successful responses of Chatbot is high. The most desired learning content by the students is related to three categories of Web Programming contents, which is the hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), database & structured query language (SQL) and hypertext markup language (HTML). The Chatbot is updated based on proposed actions to provide more successful responses.

The aim of this article was to analyze the effect of acceptance and management of political parties in Indonesia. To understand this study's problem, study the data we have done, including reviewing ten academic findings from international publications, observing and documenting data related to this topic. After the data was collected, we were then provided with analysis, including text analysis, description, coding, and immersion results. Every text is in a language, so we use a translation application to help us understand Indonesian. To determine whether the data constitutes a valid and reliable study finding, we review it and make sure we have answered the study questions. So the results we can report that the RSD framework has become a conceptual framework for the development of research skills for academic and educational needs. The result show that The sources of revenue for political party funds in Indonesia based on Law Number 2 of 2011, come from membership fees, donations, and state assistance. However, the majority of political party funding sources come from donors, including individual donors and business entities. There are still differences in the financial structure of political parties in the law and in daily political practice, indicating that regulations that discuss party funding (Law No. 2 of 2008 and Law No. 2 of 2011) fail to encourage political parties to raise funds to meet their operational needs Keywords: Management of Political Parties, Political Parties, Political Party Fund

In this study, we investigate efficient coding of multi-channel audio signals for transmission over packet networks. The techniques studied and developed as part of this research are based on redundancy coding and aim to achieve robustness with respect to packet losses. The resulting algorithm also addresses the needs of network clients with varying access bandwidths; the algorithm generates multi-layer encoded data streams which can range from basic mono to full multi-channel surround audio. Loss mitigation is achieved by applying multiple description coding technique based on the priority encoding transmission packetization scheme. The hierarchy of the transmitted data is derived from a statistical analysis of the multi-channel audio signal. Inter-channel correlations form the basis for estimating the multi-channel audio signal form the received descriptions at the decoder.

Network coding (NC) is considered a breakthrough to improve throughput, robustness, and security of wireless networks. Although the theoretical aspects of NC have been extensively investigated, there have been only few experiments with pure NC schematics. This paper presents an implementation of NC in a two-way relay model and extend it to two nonstraightforward scenarios: i) multimedia transmission with layered coding and multiple-description coding; ii) cognitive radio with Vandermode Frequency Division Multiplexing (VFDM). The implementation is in real time and based on Software-Define Radio (SDR). The experimental results show that, by combining NC and source coding, we can control the quality of received multimedia content in an on-demand manner. Whereas in the VFDM-based cognitive radio, the received content in the primary receive is low quality (due to imperfect channel estimation) yet retrievable. Our implementation results serve as a proof for the practical feasibility of network coding in relevant applications.
