Firstly, the paper discusses the theoretical progress of contingency theory in organization construction, which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of flexible organization construction of high-speed railway passenger stations. Then, based on the contingency conceptual framework proposed by Lucence, the conceptual framework of flexible organization construction of high-speed railway passenger station is constructed in combination with the operational characteristics and operating environment of high-speed railway passenger station. This paper explains the connotation of flexible organization construction of high-speed railway station. On this basis, the paper puts forward the idea of flexible organization construction of high-speed railway passenger station. Finally, five supporting measures for the construction of flexible organization of high-speed railway station are put forward. These studies provide theoretical guidance and construction ideas for flexible organization construction of high-speed railway stations in response to passenger flow fluctuation; the main strategy is to give priority to the introduction and cultivation of producer services in developed cities.

Port passenger station buildings (PPSD) are an important part of transportation buildings in China, which is characterized by large human flow, long operating time, high load of equipment and lighting. The characteristics and functions of PPSD lead to the high energy consumption. However, the energy consumption analysis of PPSD was deficient. In this paper, the characteristics of energy consumption of port passenger stations in cold regions and hot summer and warm winter regions in China were analyzed. Based on eQUEST, the building models of port passenger stations are established. The influencing factors of the building energy consumption were analyzed through orthogonal experiment with SPSS. Results show that the factors such as summer indoor design temperature, heat source form, air conditioning form, window to wall ratio and lighting control mode are the key factors affecting the energy consumption of port passenger station.

Logistics for boarding and disembarking at the passenger terminal (roadway) is the organization of all existing operations. This research aimed to analyze and propose improvements in logistics methods in the public port of the city of Manaus – AM that influence the boarding and disembarkation of passengers and goods, taking into account a modern and useful adaptation to the roadway, enabling na efficient handling operation for that meets all who use the port, based on the fact that the movement of passengers must be done safely, and can take into account factors that allow both access to users, as well as goods.
