In this paper, three-dimensional object detection and tracking based on neural network is studied. The application of Augmented Reality (AR) in power material sampling monitoring service in China Power Grid is presented, relying on the AR technology of 5G Internet of things to realize real-time capture of the information from power network infrastructure project to goods sampling inspection and monitoring, and to solve the difficult business management problem that many parties need to participate on the spot but can not guarantee the timeliness, the AR technology is used to mark, early-warning and trace the source of the problem materials, so as to ensure the authenticity and traceability of the whole process.

Vinyl acetate is an organic chemical raw material of great industrial value. It is widely used in synthetic film, adhesive, coating and textile slurry. The production route of vinyl acetate is introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of synthesis methods of vinyl acetate method, acetylene method, EDA cracking method, base synthesis method and Halcon method are compared. The method of carbide acetylene has high economic efficiency, low energy consumption and good environmental protection, proposing the development direction of ethylene acetate production technology.

Objectives: To analyze the effect of personal protective equipment training on new hospital infection managers. Methods: Personnel are divided into two batches by region. Adopt a diversified training model to train all personnel, finally conduct practical assessments and issue certificates. Collect information through information technology, analyze questionnaires, and understand trainees’ circumstances before and after the training. Each training batch has uniform teachers and the same training methods. Results: After the training, the trainees' proficiency in putting on and taking off protective equipment increased by 22.85%, and ability to choose protective equipment according to different working environments increased by 22.04%; 78.23% trainees believed that practical exercises should be emphasized. Taking off protective clothing was considered as the most difficult link in practical training (91.13%), followed by putting on protective clothing (70.43%). 96.24% trainees believed that this training is helpful for future work. Conclusions: It is quite necessary to implement personal protective equipment training among new hospital infection managers; where, practical training, assessment, information-based questionnaire survey, expert theory teaching have achieved good results; the training helps reduce occupational exposure-induced hospital infection, and at the same time, avoids improper use of protective materials and waste.

Advanced cooling technology is a crucial measure of thermal dissipation for high-speed end-milling. In order to get an appropriate cooling technology and decrease the negative effects of traditional wet cutting, internally cooled cutting has been paid more and more attention. Because of interrupted cutting and uneven force, there was few application and investigation on internally cooled end-milling. In the paper, the effect of the end-milling tool with different internally cooled channel structure has been researched by experiment and theoretical analysis. The experimental results indicate that the end-milling tool with double helix channels carried out best machined surface quality. And the experiment result was also been analyzed and explained by computational fluid dynamics simulation, which provides a basis for the applying of the high-speed internally cooled end-milling tool.

With theurbanization rate's rising and three-dimensional expansion and development of urban, the identification of underground buried faults has become the key factor of earthquake risk in urban underground space and surface area. As a typical method of detecting blind faults in underground space, shallow seismic prospecting technology plays an important role in judging and avoiding potential risks such as underground faults in the process of urban expansion and site selection. In this paper, shallow seismic prospecting technology is adopted, and optimized processing technologies such as parameter test, tomographic correction, pre-stack denoising, fidelity and consistency processing, correction iteration, migration imaging, and time-depth relationship deduction are adopted. Underground faults are identified and interpreted in the studied urban area, and fault risk assessment is carried out based on fault characteristics, scale, distribution and overlying strata, thus providing suggestions for regional pattern and construction of urban planning.

Objective: Talent is the key factor in the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy. Based on the willingness and influencing factors of new professional farmers to participate in skill training in the development of modern urban agriculture, this study seeks to study the education of professional farmers from the perspective of demand. Methods: Based on the questionnaire survey data of new vocational farmers in Wenzhou, this study systematically analyzed the current situation, training willingness, training methods, and training effect of new vocational training, and made quantitative statistical analysis of the original basic data. Combined with the characteristics of agricultural industry and post, this study empirically analyzed their perception of participating in skill training and the influencing factors. Results: The number of new vocational farmers willing to participate in training was significantly higher than that of farmers unwilling to participate in training. The frequency of technical problems encountered in agricultural production, the times of training, the evaluation of training effect, effect, cost, teacher level, hardware level, certificate, and other factors have a significant impact on the willingness of new vocational farmers to participate in skills training. Conclusion: This study proposes to build a vocational occupation education system to enhance the training intention of new occupation farmers. During the COVID-19, the innovative form of webcast sales realized the unification of technology and service.
