<p>The experience of anxiety when performing music is considered problematic for musicians of various levels. Feelings of fear and nervousness when perform music in front of audience also happened in pianist. By knowing the concept of anxiety, hopes both lecturer and students can reduce this syndrome. This article aims to determine the characteristics of anxiety that appear in undergraduates piano majors. Literature review method was conduct to search information related to MPA on undergraduates piano majors. The results of this study are MPA in undergraduates piano majors occurs due to internal factors including gender, lack of practice, perfectionist student character and piano students’ perceptions of the audience and the future careers and external factors which include the piano learning process mostly uses a teacher centered approach, teacher and audience evaluations of piano student performances, and room conditions.</p>

This paper investigates the cognition status of information piano education for teachers and students in a university, which mainly includes a summary of the piano teaching status in a university and make an analysis and summary of the investigation results. In addition, this paper puts forward the direction of the network information reform and construction for piano majors in Colleges and universities, mainly including three aspects, that is, taking piano “micro class” teaching to arm traditional classroom teaching, using the new media to build a networked piano learning environment, and building the piano teaching “MOOC” platform.

An expectation is the belief that a certain action will lead to a given outcome. It is noteworthy to reveal individuals’ expectations from their future occupations. The quality and success of education are undoubtedly related to meeting their occupational expectations in the future. In this regard, it is of critical importance to investigate the occupational expectations of undergraduate students in the conservatory piano majors. Therefore, this study aims to reveal the occupational expectations of these students. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with seven students in the study. Based on the results, some suggestions were made for eliminating the elements negatively affecting the occupational expectations of undergraduate students in the conservatory piano majors at least in the education process.
