A method is proposed for assessing the results of adjustment maneuvers for a nanosatellite (NS) with an electrothermal propulsion system (ETPS). Using the example of the SamSat-M nanosatellite under development, common causes of maneuvering errors associated with deviations in the manufacturing of the propulsion system are revealed. Probabalistic analysis of the NS maneuvering process was carried out. The design parameters of the ETPS are considered as random factors. Statistical models of the distributions of all random factors are assumed to be equally probable, which is the worst-case scenario, since the true distributions of the design parameters of the ETPS are unknown. The methodological basis of the study is the method of statistical modeling (Monte Carlo method) followed by the use of regression and factor analysis, on the basis of which the influence of the scatter of each of the design parameters on the controlled parameters is determined. Requirements for the design parameters of the ETPS that affect the spread of the projections of the velocity growth vector of the NS and the arising angular motion have been formulated. The presented results can be used to assess the influence of production deviations in the design parameters of propulsion systems on the nature of spacecraft motion, as well as to state requirements for the spread of design parameters to ensure the achievement of the objective.

Abstract We describe all Carnot algebras with growth vector (2, 3, 5, 6), their normal forms, an invariant that separates them, and a change of basis that transforms such an algebra into a normal form. For each normal form, Casimir functions and symplectic foliations on the Lie coalgebra are computed. An invariant and normal forms of left-invariant (2, 3, 5, 6)-distributions are described. A classification, up to isometries, of all left-invariant sub-Riemannian structures on (2, 3, 5, 6)-Carnot groups is obtained.

In an unstable financial and economic, political and social context, a number of Ukrainian banks demonstrate downtrends in their profitability, liquidity, and solvency rates. With that, the financial health and the growth vector of the whole banking sector of the country in the strategic perspective precisely depends on the quality of measures taken to ensure the financial security of a banking institution. The article analyzes the concept of financial security of a bank from the standpoint of protective, dynamic, resource-functional, competitive and systemic approaches. The authors substantiate that the financial security of the banking system as a whole and that of an individual bank is an integral part of the financial security of the country. In addition, three methodological approaches to assessing the financial security of the country's banking sector are identified and described, namely instrumental, system and target-oriented and criterial ones. Based on theoretical and methodological analysis of scientific works and methodological approaches, a system of research and methodological support for the bank's financial security is proposed.

This paper modeled the effect of corruption on growth, using Nigerian data for testing. The productivity growth channel of corruption was explored. Cointegration and error correction methods were employed in the analysis. The national system of innovations and corruption exhibited long run relations with productivity growth and were found to be credible fundamentals. The productivity growth vector was considered to be the only plausible in the long run growth analysis. The parsimonious growth equation showed productivity growth and government expenditure as significant and conformed to a priori expectations. The course of policy to sustainable growth was suggestive.
