Abstract As we all know, our country has actually gradually developed into a country with frequent occurrence of global earthquakes. The global earthquakes in the southwest region are the most serious. The most severe earthquake occurred in parts of the southwest. In short, the seismic performance design of a high dam is reflected under the action of the high dam for a given amount of seismic motion and input load. At present, one of the main technical methods for studying high dam seismic engineering is to use model calculations and experiments on its structural dynamics. Moreover, the earliest dam prototype dynamic experiments in my country only occurred in the 1970s and 1980s, and few people in China conducted experiments on these dams. Although there were already a certain degree of practical results at that time, a batch of valuable materials was obtained. However, no matter from the perspective of safety or the actual effect on vibration, as well as the prototype dynamic measurement and test method of the above-mentioned main dam, it has not been well applied to the current expressway. Therefore, it is necessary to consider finding an alternative original kinetic test method. The purpose of this article is to in-depth study the data analysis and application of the online monitoring system of environmental vibration of reinforced concrete high dams in my country. A new online monitoring system for dam environmental vibration is carried out for simulation experiments. Experimental research shows that the noise frequency of the three detection points of environmental noise and vibration monitoring is basically controlled between 1.5~2.0 hz, while the noise frequency of the detection point of the symmetrical location is relatively close.

The existence of shipping activities can produce noise with certain characteristics as a main source of noise pollution in the waters. This research aimed to study the sound characteristics (frequency and sound pressure levels) of various type of commercial vessels crossing the Nusakambangan Strait, its relationship to the distance, and their potential impact to the marine biota. Noise frequency and sound pressure level were determined by spectral and envelope analysis from sound recording by hydrophone, while the type of vessel that produces noise and the distance from receiver were analyzed based on video recording. Relationship between frequency and sound pressure level to the distance were analyzed using simple linear regression. Results showed that frequency of noise is varied more clearly compared to the sound pressure level (1,7 – 20 kHz and 93.8 -117.8 dB re 1 μPa respectively) for each type of vessel (ro-ro ferry, small fishing boat, small ferry, tug boat and pilot boat) based on the size of the ship, engines type and power, loading capacity and vessels speed. Sound characteristics changed based on distance, where the frequency of sound increases (0.04 – 34.28 Hz.m-1) and different things for sound pressure level (0.04 – 0.11 dB dB re 1 μPa m-1). Estimated source level also differ from one ship to another (105 – 128 dB dB re 1 μPa). The existence of ship noise has the potential impacts on the presence of marine biota in these waters.

Micro-perforated panels in combination with an air-tight back volume constitute the micro-perforated absorber (MPA), an alternative means in the category of sound absorbing (meta)materials. In contrast to the conventional porous and fibrous materials, the MPA does not mitigate sound in broad frequency range, but rather has to be customized to a specific noise frequency range. In this contribution, we demonstrate the simulation framework based a genetically fitted equivalent fluid model. Application examples show the advantages and disadvantages of using MPAs in room acoustic scenarios as well as with a background mean flow in ducts. The investigations found that the MPA's effectiveness strongly depends on the sound field characteristic. The MPP's surface roughness and back volume composition in-part significantly influence the efficiency of an adjacent turbo-machine.
