<p>Convergence and generalization are two crucial aspects of performance in neural networks. When analyzed separately, these properties may lead to contradictory results. Optimizing a convergence rate yields fast training, but does not guarantee the best generalization error. To avoid the conflict, recent studies suggest adopting a moderately large step size for optimizers, but the added value on the performance remains unclear. We propose the LIGHT function with the four configurations which regulate explicitly an improvement in convergence and generalization on testing. This contribution allows to: 1) improve both convergence and generalization of neural networks with no need to guarantee their stability; 2) build more reliable and explainable network architectures with no need for overparameterization. We refer to it as step size self-adaptation.</p>

The aim of this paper is to present a weak form of -light functions by using -open set which is -light function, and to offer new concepts of disconnected spaces and totally disconnected spaces. The relation between them have been studied. Also, a new form of -totally disconnected and inversely -totally disconnected function have been defined, some examples and facts was submitted.

The smart store system (F3 Storage System) provides an inventory system function, and is supported by voice recognition for items searching purpose in the warehouse. This system is aimed to improve effectiveness in item searching process for the warehouse management. An inventory system structures is employed in this system to enable items management. Voice recognition facility helps the worker to search item in an effective way. Worker can use voice recognition function to search the item in the warehouse, and searched information of the item will be displayed in the liquid crystal display (LCD) screen. Meanwhile, the location of the item will be physically indicated by the light emitting diode (LED) light function. The developed system also contains a barcode system to enhance the process of scheduling warehouse activity. Such facilities will enhance the capabilities of existing inventory management systems in warehouses. Prototyping model is used to assist project development. Arduino technology is used to enable integrated hardware and software to read data or input. With Arduino technology, traditional search items by using text and search functionality are enhanced to allow speech functionality. This functionality makes the search process faster and more efficient.

Lutein and zeaxanthin are oxycarotenoids that are naturally present in the typical human diet. They are the only two dietary carotenoids selectively deposited in the macula lutea, where they are referred to as the macular pigment (MP), and in the eye lens. The rationale for the protective role of lutein in the eye stems from its ability to filter short wavelengths of visible blue light, function as an antioxidant and stabilise membrane integrity. These functions are believed to play an important role in reducing light-induced oxidative damage caused by reactive oxygen intermediates and involved in the pathogenesis of age-related degenerative disease such as age-related macular degeneration and cataract. Recent research is now paying particular attention to the blue-light-filtering properties of lutein and zeaxanthin and to the role of MP in improving visual performance.
