Abstract We apply the formalism developed earlier [1, 2] for studying transverse momentum dependent parton distribution functions (TMDs) at small Bjorken x to construct the small-x asymptotics of the quark Sivers function. First, we explicitly construct the complete fundamental “polarized Wilson line” operator to sub-sub-eikonal order: this object can be used to study a variety of quark TMDs at small x. We then express the quark Sivers function in terms of dipole scattering amplitudes containing various components of the “polarized Wilson line” and show that the dominant (eikonal) term which contributes to the quark Sivers function at small x is the spin-dependent odderon, confirming the re- cent results of Dong, Zheng and Zhou [3]. Our conclusion is also similar to the case of the gluon Sivers function derived by Boer, Echevarria, Mulders and Zhou [4] (see also [5]). We also analyze the sub-eikonal corrections to the quark Sivers function using the constructed “polarized Wilson line” operator. We derive new small-x evolution equations re-summing double-logarithmic powers of αs ln2(1/x) with αs the strong coupling constant. We solve the corresponding novel evolution equations in the large-Nc limit, obtaining a sub-eikonal correction to the spin-dependent odderon contribution. We conclude that the quark Sivers function at small x receives contributions from two terms and is given by$$ {f}_{1T}^{\perp q}\left(x,{k}_T^2\right)={C}_O\left(x,{k}_T^2\right)\frac{1}{x}+{C}_1\left({k}_T^2\right){\left(\frac{1}{x}\right)}^0+\cdots $$ f 1 T ⊥ q x k T 2 = C O x k T 2 1 x + C 1 k T 2 1 x 0 + ⋯ with the function CO(x,$$ {k}_T^2 $$ k T 2 ) varying slowly with x and the ellipsis denoting the subasymptotic and sub-sub-eikonal (order-x) corrections.

Abstract We propose a novel approach of uncovering Stokes phenomenon exhibited by the holomorphic blocks of $$ \mathbbm{CP} $$ CP 1 model by considering it as a specific decoupling limit of SQED2 model. This approach involves using a ℤ3 symmetry that leaves the supersymmetric parameter space of SQED2 model invariant to transform a pair of SQED2 holomorphic blocks to get two new pairs of blocks. The original pair obtained by solving the line operator identities of the SQED2 model and the two new transformed pairs turn out to be related by Stokes-like matrices. These three pairs of holomorphic blocks can be reduced to the known triplet of $$ \mathbbm{CP} $$ CP 1 blocks in a particular decoupling limit where two of the chiral multiplets in the SQED2 model are made infinitely massive. This reduction then correctly reproduces the Stokes regions and matrices of the $$ \mathbbm{CP} $$ CP 1 blocks. Along the way, we find six pairs of SQED2 holomorphic blocks in total, which lead to six Stokes-like regions covering uniquely the full parameter space of the SQED2 model.

Berdasarkan data menunjukkan bahwa jumlah pasien rawat jalan yang berobat di poliklinik Spesialis RSUD KH Daud Arif dari Januari – Juni 2018 mengalami penurunan dari setiap bulannya, namun di bulan Maret 2018 ada peningkatan. Survey awal yang telah dilakukan peneliti mengenai kepuasan Pasien tentang kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Poliklinik Spesialis RSUD KH Daud Arif terhadap 10 pasien yang berkunjung ke Poliklinik Spesialis RSUD KH Daud Arif Kuala Tungkal, didapat bahwa 6 pasien mengatakan bahwa kurang puas dengan pelayanan yang didapatkan dan 4 pasien mengatakan sudah cukup puas dengan pelayanan yang didapat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Faktor-faktor Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Poliklinik Spesialis  RSUD KH Daud Arif Kuala Tungkal tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian pasien yang berobat ke RSUD KH Daud Arif Kuala Tungkal sebanyak 99 responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Chi-Squere dan Regresi Logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan tangible ( bukti fisik, reability ( keandalan), responsiveness ( daya tanggap), assurance ( jaminan), emphaty (empati)   terhadap kualitas  layanan di Poliklinik Spesialis RSUD KH Daud Arif Kuala Tungkal Tahun Tahun 2018 dengan nilai p – value = 0,000. Dan setelah melakukan uji logistik berganda dari 3 model didapatkan bahwa faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas  pelayanan rumah sakit adalah Tangible ( bukti fisik ) dengan nilai exponen B 420.578 dengan nilai p = 0,000. Dalam hal optimalisasi pelayanan kesehatan, yang juga didukung dengan avaibility mendukung alat-alat dan infrastruktur. Misalnya dibagian pendaftaran dapat dilakukan dengan menambahkan pendaftaran line, operator dan penambahan jumlah bangku diruang tinggu.
