This study examines emotional verbs in Angkola-Mandailing language. This study aims to look at the semantic structure of the emotional verbs in Angkola-Mandailing language to obtain an appropriate picture in interpreting the words of angry emotions after being paraphrased and expressed according to the respective theory used. This research uses the theory of natural semantic metalanguage pioneered by Wierzbicka. This research is expected to be a reference for Angkola-Mandailing community to clarify the real meanings behind the verbs of anger by means of descriptive qualitative method. The research results show that there are 15 elements of emotional verb referring to 'anger'. The words are paraphrased and applied to determine the final meanings of the words so that there is no ambiguity in the meaning. The basic emotions of anger in Angkola-Mandailing are limited by ‘X doing something bad to Y but Y does not necessarily want to be treated so.’

This manuscript is devoted to investigate qualitative theory of existence and uniqueness of the solution to a dynamical system of an infectious disease known as measles. For the respective theory, we utilize fixed point theory to construct sufficient conditions for existence and uniqueness of the solution. Some results corresponding to Hyers–Ulam stability are also investigated. Furthermore, some semianalytical results are computed for the considered system by using integral transform due to the Laplace and decomposition technique of Adomian. The obtained results are presented by graphs also.

This study aimed at comparing the psychometric properties of three measures of burnout administered in 320 Greek primary school teachers, namely the Maslach Burnout Inventory (Maslach and Jackson 1982), the Burnout Measure (Pines and Aronson 1988) and the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (Kristensen et al. 2005). Confirmatory factor analysis tested a three-factor solution for each inventory, consistent to the respective theory. Results yielded a reasonably good model fit for the MBI, and merely acceptable model fit for the BM and the CBI. Overall the findings suggest that the MBI is more appropriate instrument for assessing teachers' burnout compared to the MB and the CBI, which presented not so well-defined inner structure and highly correlated subscales.
