This manuscript is devoted to investigate qualitative theory of existence and uniqueness of the solution to a dynamical system of an infectious disease known as measles. For the respective theory, we utilize fixed point theory to construct sufficient conditions for existence and uniqueness of the solution. Some results corresponding to Hyers–Ulam stability are also investigated. Furthermore, some semianalytical results are computed for the considered system by using integral transform due to the Laplace and decomposition technique of Adomian. The obtained results are presented by graphs also.

In this work, we aim to analyze the logistic equation with a new derivative of fractional order termed in Caputo–Fabrizio sense. The logistic equation describes the population growth of species. The existence of the solution is shown with the help of the fixed-point theory. A deep analysis of the existence and uniqueness of the solution is discussed. The numerical simulation is conducted with the help of the iterative technique. Some numerical simulations are also given graphically to observe the effects of the fractional order derivative on the growth of population.

In this paper, we investigate the existence and uniqueness of solutions for Riemann–Liouville fractional integro-differential equations equipped with fractional nonlocal multi-point and strip boundary conditions in the weighted space. The methods of our study include the well-known tools of the fixed point theory, which are commonly applied to establish the existence theory for the initial and boundary value problems after converting them into the fixed point problems. We also discuss the case when the nonlinearity depends on the Riemann–Liouville fractional integrals of the unknown function. Numerical examples illustrating the main results are presented.

AbstractIn this manuscript we introduce the notion of $(\alpha,\beta,\psi,\phi)$ ( α , β , ψ , ϕ ) -interpolative contraction that unifies and generalizes significant concepts: Proinov type contractions, interpolative contractions, and ample spectrum contraction. We investigate the necessary and sufficient conditions to guarantee existence and uniqueness of the fixed point of such mappings.

We all-sidedly consider a three-point boundary value problem for -Laplacian differential equation with nonlinear term involving derivative. Some new sufficient conditions are obtained for the existence of at least one, triple, or arbitrary odd positive pseudosymmetric solutions by using pseudosymmetric technique and fixed-point theory in cone. As an application, two examples are given to illustrate the main results.

In this article, a qualitative analysis of the mathematical model of novel corona virus named COVID-19 under nonsingular derivative of fractional order is considered. The concerned model is composed of two compartments, namely, healthy and infected. Under the new nonsingular derivative, we, first of all, establish some sufficient conditions for existence and uniqueness of solution to the model under consideration. Because of the dynamics of the phenomenon when described by a mathematical model, its existence must be guaranteed. Therefore, via using the classical fixed point theory, we establish the required results. Also, we present the results of stability of Ulam’s type by using the tools of nonlinear analysis. For the semianalytical results, we extend the usual Laplace transform coupled with Adomian decomposition method to obtain the approximate solutions for the corresponding compartments of the considered model. Finally, in order to support our study, graphical interpretations are provided to illustrate the results by using some numerical values for the corresponding parameters of the model.

We firstly employ the fixed point theory to study the stability of cellular neural networks without delays and with time-varying delays. Some novel and concise sufficient conditions are given to ensure the existence and uniqueness of solution and the asymptotic stability of trivial equilibrium at the same time. Moreover, these conditions are easily checked and do not require the differentiability of delays.

This work is devoted to investigating the stability of impulsive cellular neural networks with time-varying and distributed delays. We use the new method of fixed point theory to obtain some new and concise sufficient conditions to ensure the existence and uniqueness of solution and the global exponential stability of trivial equilibrium. The presented algebraic criteria are easily checked and do not require the differentiability of delays.

HIV, like many other infections, is a severe and lethal infection. Fractal-fractional operators are frequently used in modeling numerous physical processes in the current decade. These operators provide better dynamics of a mathematical model because these are the generalization of integer and fractional-order operators. This paper aims to study the dynamics of the HIV model during primary infection by fractal-fractional Atangana–Baleanu (AB) operators. The sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of the solution of the proposed model under the AB operator are derived via fixed point theory. The numerical scheme is presented by using the Adams–Bashforth method. Numerical results are demonstrated for different fractal and fractional orders to see the effect of fractional order and fractal dimension on the dynamics of HIV and CD4+ T-cells during primary infection.

Abstract This manuscript is devoted to the existence theory of a class of random fractional differential equations (RFDEs) involving boundary condition (BCs). Here we take the corresponding derivative of arbitrary order in $$\psi $$ ψ -Hilfer sense. By utilizing classical fixed point theory and nonlinear analysis we establish some basic results of the qualitative theory such as existence, uniqueness and stability of solutions to the considered boundary value problem of RFDEs. Further, for the justification of our analysis we provide two examples.

In this article, we discuss the existence and uniqueness of the solution of the fractional-order epidemic model of childhood diseases by using fixed point theory. The technique of natural transform coupled with the Adomian decomposition is used to find the solution of the proposed model. At the end of the article, the model is demonstrated with appropriate numerical and graphical description.
