Inventory is one that represents an investment of great importance for MICRO-BUSINESSES, this according to the relationship it has with other assets, and are of great importance for sales, as well as essential to achieve profit optimization. The objective given in this research study is to analyze the importance of inventories by means of a bibliographic investigation predicting the effectiveness of their administration in Micro-businesses. In the following investigation the methodology of documentary analysis was used, where the purpose is to be able to arrive at an analysis of the administration techniques to carry out an inventory and recognize the importance that should be given to it in Micro-businesses, theoretical foundations on the administration of inventories in Micro-businesses will be detailed, factors that are used to carry out inventories. It was concluded as the techniques to carry out the inventory were known and attached, the probabilities that are given to have successful operation, profit and growth in companies, which allows generating profits for micro-businesses.

The Production and Profit optimization application in this Batik company was built to solve their problems. This application has the ability to process raw material data, working time data, production requirements data and load data for optimization calculations. The basis for calculations carried out includes optimization calculations using the Simplex Method and the tools used are Excel Solver and Python Programming. The output of this application is that how many Batik are produced based on available resources, the total cost of expenses incurred during the production process as well as gross profit and net of sales. This application can increase company profits and the percentage level of profit depending on the price comparison of sales between one product to another

AbstractThe article presents the profit optimization model for multi-unit construction projects. Such projects constitute a special case of repetitive projects and are common in residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. Due to the specific character of construction works, schedules of such projects should take into account many different aspects, including durations and costs of construction works, the possibility of selecting alternative execution modes, and specific restrictions (e.g., deadlines for the completion of units imposed by the investor). To solve the NP-hard problem of choosing the order of units’ construction and the best variants of works, the authors used metaheuristic algorithms (simulated annealing and genetic search). The objective function in the presented optimization model was the total profit of the contractor determined on the basis of the mathematical programming model. This model takes into account monthly cash flows subject to direct and indirect costs, penalties for missing deadlines, costs of work group discontinuities, and borrowing losses. The presented problem is very important for maintaining a good financial condition of the enterprise carrying out construction projects. In the article, an experimental analysis of the proposed method of solving the optimization task was carried out in a model that showed high efficiency in obtaining suboptimal solutions. In addition, the operation of the proposed model has been presented on a calculation example. The results obtained in it are fully satisfying.
