Abstract As an important part of vehicle noise signal detection and processing, negative entropy detection algorithm can accurately reduce the number of speech coding bits, ameliorate the recognition accuracy, and establish the noise model in the process of noise reduction. Based on this, this paper first analyses the source and control of vehicle vibration and noise, then studies the principle of negative entropy detection algorithm of vehicle vibration and noise signal, and finally gives the vehicle vibration and noise signal detection method based on negative entropy detection algorithm.

Abstract HEVC (High Efficiency Video Codng) employs quadtree CTU (Coding Tree Unit) structure to improve its coding efficiency, but at the same time, it also requires a very high computational complexity due to its exhaustive search process for an optimal partition mode for the current CU(Coding Unit). Aiming to solve the problem, a fast CU size decision optimal algorithm based on coding bits is presented for HEVC in this paper. The contribution of this paper lies that we successfully use the coding bits technology to quickly determine the optimal partition mode for the current CU. Specially, in our scheme, firstly we carefully observe and statistically analyze the relationship among the texture complexity and partition size and coding bits in the CUs of video image; Secondly we find the correlation between coding bits and partition size based on the relationship above; Thirdly, we build the corresponding threshold of coding bits for partition size under different CU size and QP value based on the correlation above to reduce many unnecessary prediction and partition operations for the current CU. As a result, our proposed algorithm can effectively saving lots of computational complexity for HEVC. The simulation results show that our proposed fast CU size decision algorithm based on coding bits in this paper can save about 34.67% coding time, and only at a cost of 0.61% BDBR increase and 0.043db BDPSNR decline compared with the standard reference of HM16.1, thus improving the coding performance of HEVC.

<p>A differential encrypted transceiver was designed in the signal-to-noise ratio systems. A time"-"spread" frequency-"encoded (TSFE) algorithm was proposed using the orthogonal frequency multiplexing multiplier OFDM. The proposed design was verified under the Doppler frequency effect and there was an improvement in the performance of the signal-to-noise ratio system. As a result, the reliability of decoded data was increased and achieves the ability to correct coding bits of information.</p>

Rate estimation is useful for many H.264/AVC applications including rate-distortion optimization (RDO) for fast mode decision and precise rate control. In this paper, we propose a new header rate prediction model and an adaptive algorithm to provide more accurate estimation of the number of total coding bits for rate control compared to previously proposed methods. The header bit rate estimation is modeled by a linear combination of the number of mode block, and the sum of absolute values of all motion vectors for each block. Based on the proposed model, a header rate estimation function is also proposed to give a more accurate rate-distortion rate control. The proposed schemes can achieve better results in rate-distortion and rate control to previously proposed approaches.
