Adverse reactions to medications are common and important cause of iatrogenic illness. Severe cutaneous adverse drug reactions include toxic epidermal necrolysis, Stevens–Johnson syndrome, drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms, and acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, which together constitute 2% of all adverse drug reactions and may be life-threatening. Less severe drug-induced skin reactions such as exanthems, urticaria, lichenoid drug rashes, and fixed drug eruptions are more common, sometimes termed benign cutaneous adverse reactions, and generally resolve without sequelae. Drugs may also cause adverse events due to alteration of the normal function of the skin or its appendages. This may take the form of photosensitivity, abnormal pigmentation, or disrupted growth of hair or nails.

It is shown that traditional braces cause blistering disease of cheeks and lips due to friction. The friction causes reversible and irreversible inflammation of until the ulcers. Found that infrared thermography may be provides timely detection of early symptoms of the local inflammation of the soft tissues, what could be the beginning iatrogenic illness that we call “blistering or calluses disease from braces”. Found that preventing iatrogenic disease allows splinting braces by wax. For this result the teeth with braces need to completely cover the wax up to the formation of her wax roller. Then, the resulting wax roller should be immediately securely covered with food wrap or “Decorative sticker on splinting braces”. This device is a beautiful analog of a food wrap, because on the surface of the tape placed series of color photographs - panoramic 3D images of the visible front surface of the upper or lower dentition of a healthy person is whole in full size.
