ALI IMRON’S RELIGIOUS LANGUAGE COMPREHENSION ON HIS LIFE STORY: SCHEMAS AND SCRIPTS

This study discuss on Ali Imron’s religious language comprehension on his life story. It proposes a problem of question about the schemas and scripts on his religious language understanding and interpreting. The method which applied on this study is the qualitative method, so, the narrative approach is elected as it approach. In addition, the result of this study propose some significant discussion such as in the schema aspect, there are semantical problem especially in the comprehend of the word jihad, muhajir, and syahid. The second is understanding the setting. Ali Imron’s limited knowledge makes him difficult in comprehend of the social situation which lead him to the battlefield in Afghanistan. The third is his mood. The mood is significant in constructed of his view to the real situation and to the language comprehension. The fourth is the chain of events. This part is the accumulation of his understanding on religious language, setting, and mood which incorporate with his real life situation. And it would be able to strengthen to his belief to be a martyr. Likewise, the script aspect which demonstrate on this part is the conceptual dependency where the manifestation of an incorporation aspect of our knowledge of the world in his conceptual version of our understanding of sentence which would not be possible if his analysis operated with only the syntactic and lexical elements in the sentence. In the end, this study concludes that the backgruond knowledge can lead to errors in understanding language and it appears to Ali Imron’s case in interpreting the word of jihad and its comprehend in conceptual meaning.

The 1972 UNESCO World Heritage Convention

Chapter 5 analyses the evolving conception and protection of landscape in the World Heritage Convention. First, it traces the development of landscape protection from its early conceptual dependency on nature, to the incorporation of ‘cultural landscapes’ within the Convention’s scope in 1992. It then discusses the typology of cultural landscapes, issues of representativeness and the implications of the Word Heritage system for landscape protection globally, as well as locally. In this regard, a number of cases are analysed which, on the one hand, support the World Heritage Convention’s instrumental role in landscape governance, but which on the other, highlight the problems involved in ascribing World Heritage status to living landscapes from a spatial justice perspective.

Institutional Framework for Landscape Protection

Chapter 4 traces the origins of international landscape law, particularly in the soft law instruments adopted under the auspices of UNESCO and the Council of Europe. This first phase of international landscape law retains a strong conceptual dependency upon aesthetics and nature, which slowly began to change towards a more people-centred approach in the early 1990s. This is evident in the developments made in protected areas designation and other environmental regimes, such as the Convention on Biological Diversity, which began to include intangible heritage, relationships between people and place, and local knowledge in the consideration of landscape and land use management.

Visualização de integrais impróprias em um parâmetro com o auxílio do Geogebra

Resumo: A noção de integral generalizada constitui elemento obrigatório de estudo no contexto de Análise. Neste trabalho, discutiremos uma classe particular de integrais generalizadas de funções , que se caracterizam pela dependência de um parâmetro . Dentre alguns dos critérios que empregaremos com o objetivo precípuo de descrever o comportamento de algumas dessas integrais, destacamos a passagem de derivação sob o sinal da integral. Enfatizaremos, também, a visualização de propriedades possibilitadas pelo uso do software Geogebra. Com ele, mostraremos, do ponto de vista gráfico-geométrico, as relações de dependência conceitual e do comportamento (convergência/divergência) de integrais. Por fim, pela exploração de certas características qualitativas deste objeto, indicaremos vias de transmissão deste saber, com vistas ao entendimento no contexto de ensino. VISUALIZATION OF IMPROPER INTEGRALS ON A PARAMETER BY THE USE OF GEOGEBRA SOFTWARE Abstract: The notion of generalized integral is an element of the required study in the Analysis’s context. In this paper, we discuss a particular class of generalized integrals of the functions , which are characterized by dependence on a parameter. Among some of the criteria that we will use with the primary objective to describe the behavior of some of these integrals, we highlight the passage of derivation under the integral sign. Also will emphasize the visualization of properties made ​​possible by the use of Geogebra software. With it, we will show the graphical point of view, geometric, conceptual dependency relationships and behavior (convergence / divergence) of integrals. Finally, the use of certain qualitative properties of this object, we will indicate routes of transmission of this knowledge, with a view to understanding the concept in the teaching context.
