Abstract Wieland B31 (CuSn2Fe0.1P) is a copper-tin-iron-phosphorus alloy (tin bronze) with coherent precipitates. The lower tin content with small amounts of iron and phosphorus results in an electrical conductivity of at least 30% IACS. Precipitates of iron and phosphorus stabilize the structure, increase the strength, and improve the softening characteristics. Wieland B31 possesses the right combination of formability, conductivity, strength, and stress relaxation resistance to be used for automotive applications at relatively high ambient temperatures. In addition, its strength is similar to that of a 4% tin bronze. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, and tensile properties. The article considers important to study the issues of removal of oxide films from the surface of metals and solder materials and the increase of homogeneity of the space in the process of soldering under the active gas and vacuum conditions. Theoretical and experimental studies have shown that the process of self-fluxing is mainly associated with the reduction of adsorption forces, dispersion of oxide films and solubility in solder. Ti plate supported cobalt-phosphorus alloy film acts as an active and selective electrocatalyst for ambient NO3−-to-NH3 conversion. In 0.2 M Na2SO4 with 200 ppm NO3−, it offers a NH3 yield rate of 416.0 ± 7.2 μg h−1 cm−2 with a Faradaic efficiency of 93.6 ± 3.3% at −0.6 and −0.3 V vs. RHE, respectively.

В работе представлены результаты исследований свой­ств светопоглощающих покрытий на основе никель-­фосфорного сплава. Проведен анализ спектральных характеристик отражения на разных этапах их изготовления. Установлена причина сверхпоглощения сплава NiP и описана возможность его применения в качестве материала, подавляющего рассеянный световой фон внутри оптического тракта оптоэлектронных устройств, например, в блендах звездных датчиков системы ориентации космических аппаратов. The paper presents the research of the properties of light-­absorbing coatings based on nickel-­phosphorus alloy. The spectral characteristics of reflection of the coatings were analyzed at different stages of their manufacture. The reason of the super-­absorption of the NiP alloy is established and the possibility of its use as a material suppressing the scattered light inside the optical path of optoelectronic devices is described, for example, in blends of stellar sensors of a spacecraft orientation system, is described.
