The design of a traditional Balinese house is based on the polarity principle, which states that the world is divided into two opposing poles. As a result, the orientation and form of space influence the physical landscape of Bali, including house plans. The topography of Bali, with the plateau running through the center of the island from west to east, causes changes in the spatial orientation system in various locations throughout the island. This condition is due to the fact that spirituality is based on geography, with high areas thought to be the abodes of the gods. As a result, the spatial orientation patterns of the island's southern and northern regions differ. Furthermore, many settlements in the eastern part of the island of Bali have unique pattern variations due to the island's unique orientation system. This individuality has an impact on local customs, such as traditional house design. To investigate this uniqueness, this article examines traditional residential patterns in several villages in eastern Bali. It investigates through the examination of buildings and exposure to developments and spatial changes associated with people's daily activities. This approach includes visual analysis and stories about community cultural activities. Geographic orientation, according to this study, has an impact on settlement patterns. Even though they are close to one another, the spatial layout of customary settlements differs.

Algorithms of a strapdown inertial orientation system with an inertial measurement module consisting of a three-component gyroscope, accelerometer, and magnetometer are considered. The aim of the work is to improve the algorithms for processing sensor information to ensure the asymptotic stability of the system, tuning for the Schuler period and the low-pass filter with a given bandwidth. The kinematic Poisson equations with positional and integral-positional correction based on the information of accelerometers and magnetometers are considered. The stability and frequency characteristics of the system in relation to the sensor output signals are analyzed. It is shown that the positional correction in each channel does not allow you to adjust the system for the Schuler period. The integral-positional correction allows this adjustment, but in relation to the gyroscope signals, the system is a bandpass filter and does not suppress noise in the bandwidth. The advantages of using positional correction with cross-links in the sense of tuning the frequency characteristics of the system to the Sharper frequency and the third-order low-pass filter are shown. The analysis of the influence of angular velocities confirmed the asymptotic stability of the system with their changes in a given range. The results of mathematical modeling confirmed the compensation of errors in the initial orientation system display, the reduction of noise power in the estimates of the orientation angles in relation to the noise in the sensor signals, and the ability to configure the system for the Schuler period.

The article discusses criteria for selecting the vibration protection for the spacecraft inertial orientation system. The considered vibration protection system allows providing acceptable amplitude acceleration for the gyroscopic device sensitive elements under vibration impact on the device body during the spacecraft launching and high angular stability of the position of the sensitive elements relative to the inertial coordinate system during a long period of operation (15 years) in orbit. The proposed vibration protection system consists of shock absorbers (springs) with stable high elastic characteristics under all factors of operation in the outer space and dynamic vibration dampers. The article presents a method for determining the parameters of dynamic vibration dampers taking into account the characteristics of the shock absorber, critical for the damping system of an inertial device. The proposed method for adjusting dynamic vibration dampers consists in suppressing vibrations at the natural frequency f1 of the shock absorption system and providing acceptable values of the gain coefficients of the structure resonant vibration amplitudes near the natural frequency f1. Certain characteristics of the damping system allow realizing the permissible vibration amplification coefficients at resonance, without significantly affecting the level of vibration suppression in the natural frequency zone of the vibration protection object

The aim of the study is to improve the system of vocational guidance, adaptation and promotion of nursing personnel in a medical organization. Results: an assessment was made of the organization of vocational guidance, factors affecting labor adaptation, the conditions necessary for promotion up the career ladder and the role of a senior nurse in all designated areas. Conclusion: The personnel management system implies, first of all, a well-functioning procedure for the entry of new employees into the organization, which allows to reduce material costs, time costs, staff turnover, psycho-emotional stress. The formation of a positive attitude of new employees to work, in the future, is influenced by a conscious choice of profession (professional orientation) and the possibility of career advancement.

The purpose of this article is to analyse, from a documentary approach, which is the offer of innovative services and activities in the context in which guidance is developed in Finnish public universities. This study is framed within the qualitative paradigm of research, identifying (a) what guidance and counselling services they offer to their students and (b) what innovative activities they develop in the field of guidance that can be applied to the Spanish context, improving our university guidance systems. The thirteen existing universities in Finland have been analysed by importing the websites (n=125) into the professional software for the analysis of qualitative data MAXQDA 2018. Starting from this previous analysis as well as from the consultation with experts in guidance at the University of Turku, good practices transferable to the Spanish university orientation system were identified, selecting those with the best benefits for students and greater transferability and international projection at an institutional level. The main results obtained offer a tendency in Finland to promote actions aimed at the well-being of students from a common unit and to include guidance as an intrinsic part of the well-being of the university, existing also committees on equality or well-being of students, an aspect that could be transferred to Spanish universities. The transferability of Personal Study Plans for students, the coordination and interaction between existing guidance resources, and greater flexibility in the arrangements to be made to students are also highlighted.

The problem of choosing the principle of constructing a system of orientation of a mobile robot in space by reviewing existing solutions using the method of expert assessments is considered. The principle of construction of inertial navigation systems using MEMS sensors is investigated. Based on the results of practical tests, the shortcomings of the principle are highlighted, recommendations are made to eliminate the errors of the results obtained, and the practical value of the work performed is determined.
