The article considers topical issues of marketing competitiveness of hotel and restaurant business enterprises. The product marketing complex and the service marketing complex have been modernized by including the "period" element in the list of their components. The list of marketing functions of the manufacturer of a complex hotel and restaurant product has been supplemented with the function of implementing the time policy. The stages of the product life cycle are divided according to the principles of achieving effective interaction between producer and consumer based on cost structuring. The model of a complex hotel and restaurant product is presented. The principles of using a comprehensive approach to identifying different types of services in the process of integration in the direction of "producer-consumer" are formulated. An algorithm of effective actions of a hotel and restaurant enterprise to develop a marketing strategy to increase the level of competitiveness is proposed. The method of marketing assessment of the level of competitiveness of the hotel and restaurant enterprise on the basis of substantiation of quantitative criteria is developed. It is concluded that the role of digital services in the growth of a certain level of marketing competitiveness of the hotel and restaurant enterprise is growing rapidly. The priority directions for effective marketing management of the level of competitiveness of the hotel and restaurant enterprise are determined. The types of effects from the implementation of the results of the study in the practice of hotel and restaurant business are identified and grouped.

Abstract- At a glance, the Church of Saint which Laurensius located in Serpong is like a church built in thepast. However, when traced, it turns out this church is a new church that was built in 2007 by applying the Styleof Gothic Architecture on the building. The application of elements of gothic architecture is not only visiblefrom the outside of the church, but also on the inside of the church. For that, it will be further investigated aboutthe application of any gothic elements contained in the study object.Gothic architectural elements are dividedinto several periods based on its development, ranging from Early Gothic, High Gothic, Late Gothic to GothicRevival or Neo-Gothic. Gothic architectural elements have different characteristics and characters in eachperiod of development. In this research, discussed theories about elements in gothic architecture based on itsdevelopment. There are 17 elements analyzed in this research. These seventeen elements are summarized intothree major sections covering the structural elements, non-structural elements, and spatial arrangements.Analysis of the application of gothic architectural elements to the Church of St. Laurensius begins by describingthe elements present in the study object and then compared with the gothic architectural elements of the gothicperiod described in the second chapter. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that from 17 elementsobserved, 12 elements of which are adapted from the building elements contained in the period of neo-gothicarchitecture.Key Words: Gothic, Period, Element, Architecture, Neo-Gothic

AbstractIn a 4-isopropyl-1-oxa-3-oxonia-2-borata-naphthalene the isopropyl group exhibits the same conformational phenomena as the Me2N group in 8-dimethylamino-naphth-1-yl-silanes and related phosphorus compounds. Since the details can be fully rationalized on the basis of the steric situation and electronic factors are excluded, the common features cannot serve to infer dative interaction from nitrogen to silicon / phosphorus resulting in hypercoordination of the third period element atoms in the reference compounds.
