ФОРСАЙТ СОЦІАЛЬНО-ТРУДОВОЇ МОБІЛЬНОСТІ МОЛОДІ НА ОСНОВІ ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ХАКАТОН-ЕКОСИСТЕМИ

The article discusses contemporary issues related to social and labor mobility of youth. In particular, it is observed that social and labor mobility is influenced by such factors as social order; ethnocultural stereotypes at the modern stage of social process development; system of social and moral values; changes in the employment types and patterns, a range of professions and occupational prestige in public opinion; demographic processes; regional specifics; social structure and organisation; settlement structure, etc. The study reveals that from a microenvironment perspective, the youth social and labor mobility level is primarily affected by the following group of impact factors: family, education system, immediate environment, media, territorial specifics of professional and social structure and others. The study findings demonstrate that the correlation between objective realia and microenvironment in the process of professional self-identity of an individual could be viewed as the relationship between the two external sources of shaping a person’s professional focus. To attain the research agenda, foresight technologies were employed to encourage social and labor mobility of young people. Data collection on graduates was conducted at the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design during 2019–2020. Based on the use of the Hackathon ecosystem, this study presents a foresight on youth social and labor mobility. It is argued that such a mechanism contributes to building socioeconomic relationships between institutions, enterprises and organizations on youth social and labor mobility, applying a systematic approach to tackling the issues under consideration, developing the key areas for effective interaction, establishing socioeconomic, legal, psychological and didactic terms to coordinate their activity. The regulatory framework to manage social and labor attitudes of young people based on the University Hackathon ecosystem involves the following mechanisms: institutional (developing and implementing a regulatory framework as well as the government workforce policy), organizational (assessing the situation within the educational environment: social, household-based, psychological), economic (which covers optimality, efficiency, structuring) along with personal and motivational (insights into the demands, values, interests and motifs).

Анализ экситонной люминесценции в мезорезонаторах на основе GaN

We considered the interaction of an exciton mode with photonic eigenmodes in a GaN structure with several μm in size. A technique for obtaining spectra from such structures is demonstrated. The most optimal shape and dimensions of the resonator were selected for effective interaction of light and matter. The theoretical spectrum for the selected resonator is obtained and analyzed.

Information and image support of the activities of the Agrarian University

The article examines the activities of public relations specialists of Michurinsk State Agrarian University in its information and image support. The paper analyzes communication technologies aimed at promoting the higher educational institution of an agrarian profile, agricultural education and agrarian science in general. It is argued that the formation of a positive image of Michurinsk State Agrarian University is facilitated by the organization of effective interaction with the media, positioning of the activities of the university, its scientists, students; regular media monitoring; formation and strengthening of corporate culture; development of corporate identity, mission, slogan, logo; organizing and holding special events; preparation and participation in exhibitions and fairs; maintaining a corporate website; production of a corporate publication, advertising activities. Specific examples of the use of communication technologies in an educational institution are given. The conclusion is made that with the creation of a department for public relations and management of public relations, press and office work, the communicative activity of the agrarian university began to be carried out professionally and in a coordinated manner. The existing communication system ensures the formation of an effective positive information field of the university. The communicative policy of the educational institution is focused on the long-term prospect of building a serious positive dialogue with target audiences, on the prospect of trust.

Study on Interaction of RC Pile-Soil with High Reinforcement Ratio of Integral Abutment Bridges under Quasi-Static Test

In order to improve the ability of the reinforcement concrete (RC) pile foundation of integral abutment to absorb the horizontal reciprocating deformation under the action of temperature or earthquake, a pseudo-static low cycle test on interaction of pile-soil with high reinforcement ratio was carried out. The failure location, hysteresis curve, skeleton curve and horizontal deformation of three piles with different reinforcement ratios were compared. The test results show that, with the increase of the reinforcement ratio, the crack of the RC pile develops along the pile body to the depth, and the pile body failure area and the position where the maximum bending moment moves down, the crack resistance of the pile body is improved, and the effective interaction pile length increases; The test results also show that the hysteresis curve of the model pile becomes fuller with the increase of the reinforcement ratio, compared with the RCP-1 specimen with the lowest reinforcement ratio, the equivalent viscous damping ratio of the RCP-3 specimen is increased by 31.6%, and the energy dissipation capacity is improved. In addition, with the increase of the reinforcement ratio, the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of model piles are greatly improved. Compared with RCP-1 specimen, the ultimate bearing capacity of RCP-3 specimen increased by 150%, and the corresponding ultimate displacement increased by 153%. Increasing reinforcement ratio can significantly improve the mechanical properties and deformation capacity of RC pile.

New organizational mechanisms of infrastructure development of small agricultural businesses in Russia

The developed infrastructure of a small agricultural business (ISAB) ensures the innovative development of production of small enterprises of the agro-industrial complex (AIC), solves social problems of rural areas and provides employment for the rural population, performing a number of functions, including: property, financial, consulting, information, legal, innovative , social and export support for small agricultural businesses (SAB). The aim of the study is to identify the problems of the infrastructure development of the SAB and search for their solutions. The methods of generalization, economic and mathematical modeling, functional analysis were used, the data of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, the reporting of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, publications of foreign and domestic authors and other sources served as the material for the study. It was proposed to use the institution of “commercial procurement”, to functionally expand the “financial” service, to organize a Single Industry Center for Infrastructure Development (Center), which will ensure effective interaction of all participants through the use of a digital platform based on a service-oriented architecture (SOA). The platform needs to be integrated with government information systems that support the infrastructure development of the SAB. The cluster organization of infrastructure facilities will increase efficiency, will contribute to the concentration of resources and their greater purposefulness. The main result of the implementation of new organizational mechanisms should be the effective development of the IMAB.

Data transfer in a decentralized network of robots using a local voting protocol

The construction of an effective intelligent information transmission system in a group of cyber-physical systems is one of the important problems in both practical and theoretical contexts. Such a system for transmitting information for a group is being built for a network consisting of separate robotic complexes. Increasingly, decentralized solutions are used to build effective interaction between group members. As a rule, in networks, decentralization is present in computing software modules, and the data transmission system between nodes is centralized. One of the aspects of such centralization is the need to send data to a specific destination directly or by relaying through other nodes - routing data in the network. In this work, a method of data transmission in a decentralized network between robotic complexes without reference to routing is proposed. The method consists of the exchange of data on the state of the entire network as a whole between the nodes.

International Security: Current Situation and Ways of Improvement Legal Regulation

The issue of security is a fundamental aspect in the maintenance of international relations, and such relations cannot be upheld without concrete laws and credible policies underlying the international scene. It is really essential and appropriate in setting strong international security on the international level. With all these in place, ensuring this international security has been a difficult task by actors on the international scene due to the multifacet of the various legal regimes with the diversified policy set up making the objective of international security a laughable phenomenon. The purpose of the article is to determine the characteristic features of the current state of the international security system, based on current situations in a particular region of the world, as well as to establish the relationship between various elements of international security. This great plague attacking international security has been of great questioning too many of the international scene as to what importance will security be necessary when it cannot be respected by those who claim in ensuring international peace and security? In answering this question, it will be appropriate for us in adopting empirical research to examine the various hurdles which can jeopardise international security. From the above outcome experience, one can say with any fear of contraction that the notion of international security is more of procrastination than a plausible redress. It is against this backdrop that we think much still need to be done in ensuring a place occupied by concrete international security, respected by all without violations. Keamanan Internasional: Situasi Saat Ini dan Cara Perbaikan Regulasi Hukum Abstrak Isu keamanan merupakan aspek fundamental dalam pemeliharaan hubungan internasional, dan hubungan semacam itu tidak dapat ditegakkan tanpa undang-undang yang konkrit dan kebijakan yang kredibel yang mendasari kancah internasional. Hal ini sangat penting dan tepat dalam menetapkan keamanan internasional yang kuat di tingkat internasional. Dengan semua ini, memastikan keamanan internasional ini telah menjadi tugas yang sulit oleh para aktor di kancah internasional karena multifaset dari berbagai rezim hukum dengan kebijakan yang beragam membuat tujuan keamanan internasional menjadi fenomena yang menggelikan. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk menentukan fitur karakteristik dari keadaan sistem keamanan internasional saat ini, berdasarkan situasi saat ini di wilayah tertentu di dunia, serta untuk menetapkan hubungan antara berbagai elemen keamanan internasional. Wabah besar yang menyerang keamanan internasional ini telah menjadi pertanyaan besar bagi banyak orang di kancah internasional tentang pentingnya keamanan apa yang diperlukan ketika keamanan tidak dapat dihormati oleh mereka yang mengklaim dalam menjamin perdamaian dan keamanan internasional? Dalam menjawab pertanyaan ini, sudah sepantasnya kita mengadopsi penelitian empiris untuk mengkaji berbagai rintangan yang dapat membahayakan keamanan internasional. Dari pengalaman hasil di atas, orang dapat mengatakan dengan ketakutan akan kontraksi bahwa gagasan keamanan internasional lebih merupakan penundaan daripada ganti rugi yang masuk akal. Государства выдвигают разные, иногда противоречивые предложения по совершенствованию системы международной безопасности, поскольку страны имеют разные возможности для реализации реальных мер по реформированию международной безопасности. Считается, что несколько самых влиятельных стран мира играют основную роль в формировании так называемой «повестки дня» в международной политике, в том числе в сфере безопасности. Их влияние основано на различных сферах общественной жизни. Развитые демократии Западной Европы и Северной Америки оказывают значительное влияние на международно-правовые отношения благодаря своему экономическому, культурному и политическому влиянию. В свою очередь, Россия и Китай в значительной степени повлияли на международную политику через ультиматумы и угрозы из-за своих собственных вооруженных сил, которые по-прежнему остаются если не лучшими, то одними из крупнейших в мире. Особое внимание обращается на тот факт, что Украина в связи с вышеуказанными обстоятельствами должна следовать курсу сближения с развитыми демократиями, чтобы добиться успеха. С учетом проведенного исследования авторами представлены предложения по совершенствованию правового регулирования международной безопасности. ANALYSIS OF TECHNICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF UKRAINIAN PRE-PORT RAILWAY STATIONS

Purpose. The aim of the work is a comprehensive analysis of the technical and technological parameters of pre-port railway stations in Ukraine as key elements of the port infrastructure, ensuring the interaction of railway transport with seaports. Methodology. In the process of research, the methods of analysis and synthesis were used to study the content and the main provisions of scientific publications on the issues of establishing effective interaction between rail and sea transport, with their subsequent comparison and generalization; methods of statistical analysis for research and systematization of technical equipment of port stations. Results. More than 60% of export cargoes go through Ukrainian ports; while 75% of export volumes are delivered to ports by rail. Currently, due to changes in the conditions for the functioning of the economy and the transport system of Ukraine, there is an imbalance between the capacities of ports and the port railway infrastructure for processing freight flows. Based on the analysis, it was found that the throughput of most stations does not correspond to the prospective, and for some stations - and the actual, volumes of work. In particular, for some stations, the capacity of track development is insufficient; a significant problem is also the low efficiency of the shunting means. An effective way to solve the problem of reducing the imbalance in the processing capacity of ports and the pre-port railway infrastructure is public-private partnership in the implementation of appropriate investment projects, the assessment of which should be carried out using modern scientific approaches. Scientific novelty. The authors have systematized the existing technical equipment of the port stations of Ukraine from the point of view of its sufficiency to ensure the existing and prospective volumes of transportation. Practical significance. The results obtained make it possible to provide a scientific basis for further research into assessing the throughput capacity of pre-port railway stations and the effectiveness of infrastructure projects aimed at increasing it.

Integrated reporting as a determinant of changing the targets of economic analysis of sustainable development in the face of challenges

Subject. The article deals with the revision of targets in the economic analysis, enabling timely identification of factors of value creation, and considering the influence of the interests of stakeholders. Objectives. The purpose is to identify targets of economic analysis in connection with changes in information requests of stakeholders and requirements for corporate reporting, concerning the disclosure of opportunities for sustainable development in the context of challenges. Methods. We performed a content analysis of changes in information requests of stakeholders and requirements for the composition and content of types of corporate reporting. The study employs methods of systems, comparative, structural, and logical analysis. Results. The demonstration of excellence by management and investors in understanding the values and the best ways to achieve goals creates threats, and, by definition, is a challenge that should be reflected in integrated reporting. The system of indicators and methods of analysis should be aimed at identifying conflicts and take into account the interests of stakeholders, which will ensure the balance of resources used in creating value. Conclusions. The determinant of the development of corporate reporting is integration, in which a significant amount of information should contain estimated parameters of economic, social and environmental problems and threats specific to major challenges. It will ensure the most effective interaction of stakeholders in managing corporate risks associated with all types of capital. Such disclosure will lead to a synergistic effect in making strategic decisions on sustainable development.

ANALYSIS OF THE USE OF MOBILE APPLICATIONS BY FOREIGN AND UKRAINIAN PHARMACIES WITHIN THE CONCEPT OF HOLISTIC MARKETING

digitalization of the pharmaceutical sector requires the use of modern marketing approaches to provide pharmacies with quality and safe pharmaceutical care within the holistic concept of marketing management. A promising direction of digital transformation of the retail market of medicines is the introduction of special mobile applications in the activities of pharmacies, which become a safe and accessible platform for the sale of medicines to the population. The main purpose of the study is to exercise the analysis of the features of pharmaceutical services provision using mobile applications to foreign and Ukrainian pharmacy chains. The study is based on the use of content analysis, analysis of electronic resources, system, and logical analysis, as well as of the modeling method. As the objects of the study, American pharmacy chains CVS Pharmacy and Walgreens, British Boots, and Lloyds Pharmacy were selected, as well as 10 pharmacy chains in Ukraine in terms of turnover in January-October 2020. It is revealed that the leading world leaders in the retail market of medicines have been using this digital tool in their marketing activities for a long time. Unlike domestic pharmacies, applications of foreign pharmacies additionally provide such services as online registration for testing and vaccination against COVID-19, additional opportunities for the visually impaired, drug disposal, and others. Among the studied Ukrainian pharmacy chains by market share, only a half have mobile applications with various functions, among the most developed mobile applications are “Like” from LLC “Apteka-Magnolia” (“Pharmacy-Magnolia”), "Pharmacy 911" and “Apteka Dobroho Dnia” (“Good Afternoon Pharmacy”). An integrated model of a mobile application of a modern pharmacy has been developed, aimed at effective interaction of all necessary functions to provide the population with high-quality, convenient, and available pharmaceutical care. Promising areas of further research are the justification of the feasibility of using certain functions of mobile applications, as well as other digital tools, such as pharmacy websites, social media pages within the concept of holistic marketing. The results of the study conducted may be useful to specialists in the pharmaceutical industry for use in practical pharmacy.
