Financial performance in this study was measured and analyzed with the ratio of liquidity, solvency, and profitability. The analysis showed that the performance of KUD “x” showed unhealthy performance. By conducting as a SWOT analysis, the sustainability strategy that can be carried out by the KUD is revitalizing cooperative membership, cooperative asset inventory, rationalizing and evaluating employee needs. Nowadays, shopping malls growth are extremely high in Jakarta area. One of the shopping malls that has existed for a long time and still thrives in Jakarta is Mal Kelapa Gading (MKG). The objective of this research is to examine the impact of experiential marketing and service quality toward MKG’s customer loyalty with customer satisfaction and trust as mediation variables. The data was collected by distributing 233 questionnaires to the residents around the area of the mall. As this research model has passed 11 goodness of fit test indicators, this model has been proven consistent to the empirical data. There are 6 hypotheses in this research, 4 of which are proven true. The results of this research indicate that there is a positive impact in experiential marketing and service quality toward customer loyalty with customer satisfaction and trust as mediation variables. On the one hand, customer satisfaction has become the best mediating variable to strengthen the impact of experiential marketing and service quality toward customer loyalty. On the other hand, experiential marketing and service quality do not affect trust. Trust is useful as a mediating variable if there is an influence from customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyses the effect of financial structure and GCG to firm value in the banking sector. The population is drawn from 17 Bank in Indonesia, with samples of banking firms listed on the IDX in 2015 to 2018. Panel data analysis is use to see whether independent variable (profitability, zise, Leverage, audit comitee and board of director) has impact to firm value. The results show that there is significant impact of zise on firm value, It can be said that size has an influence on firm values. But there is no role of other independent variable that impact to firm value. The results show that there is no significant impact of profitability, Leverage, audit comitee and board of director on firm value. Keywords: Financial Structure, GCG, and Firm Value.

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the willingness to pay taxes on taxpayers of individuals who perform free work in the office of KPP Pratama Pekalongan. The variables in this study are taxpayer willingness as dependent variable knowledge of taxation regulation, understanding of tax regulation, good perception on tax system and level of trust to government system and law as independent variable. The population in this study were free workers registered in KPP pratama stem. The sample used in this research is as many as 63 respondents are free workers registered in KPP pratama stem. Meanwhile, to answer the hypothesis in this research is done classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The result of the research shows that variable knowledge of tax regulations, understanding of tax regulations, a good perception of the effectiveness of the taxation system has a significant effect on willingness to pay taxes but for the level of trust in the government and the legal system has no significant effect on willingness to pay taxes. Keywords: knowledge of tax regulations, understanding of tax laws, good perceptions of the effectiveness of the tax system and the degree of confidence in government and legal systems.

This research was conducted to see how the influence of the level of pofitability, the level of liquidity and the growth of sales to the level of leverage in manufacturing companies of consumer goods industry sector. Samples in this research are 12 companies manufacturing industry sector in Indonesia stock exchanges, sampling method with purposive sampling method. Analysis of the research using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variable profitability and variable growth penjulan not significantly affect the level of corporate leverage, while the liquidity variable significantly influence the level of corporate leverage. The results indicate that rising profitability and increased sales growth will not affect the increase in leverage level of the firm, but an increased level of liquidity will affect the increase in corporate leverage levels. Where liquidity is the ability of the company to immediately pay off the obligations that are soon due so that will cause the level of corporate leverage increased by increasing the amount of loan capital from other parties. Increased profitability and sales growth will lead to an increase in corporate profits and earnings but are not used to increase leverage but will be used for additional investment or dividend payouts of the company's shareholders.
