The phenomenon that occurs the company is faced with the problem of employees how to make employees, to be able to work by showing good performance. One of the factors that affect employee performance is work discipline, besides that, another factor that can affect employee performance is organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the respondents' responses and the effect of discipline, organizational commitment on employee performance at Azo Florist Cianjur either simultaneously or partially. This research method is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples is 50 employees and using a saturated sample. The results showed that employees' responses to discipline were not good, organizational commitment was not good and responses to performance were not good, then simultaneously discipline and organizational commitment contributed or influenced employee performance by 65.5% and the remaining 34.5% was contributions from other variables not included in the model proposed in this study. While the influence of the coefficient of determination partially, it is known that the effect of discipline on employee performance is 12.0%. Meanwhile, organizational commitment has a more dominant influence on employee performance by 53.5%.

Examining the influence of land use/land cover transformation on meteorological variables has become imperative for maintaining long-term climate sustainability. Rapid growth and haphazard expansion have caused the conversion of prime agricultural land into a built-up area. This study used multitemporal Landsat data to analyze land use/land cover (LULC) changes, and Terra Climate monthly data to examine the impact of land transformation on precipitation, minimum and maximum temperature, wind speed, and soil moisture in the Aurangabad district of Maharashtra state in India during 1999–2019. Multiple linear regression and correlation analysis were performed to determine the association among LULC classes and climatic variables. This study revealed rapid urbanization in the study area over the years. The built-up area, water bodies, and barren lands have recorded a steep rise, while the agricultural area has decreased in the district. Drastic changes were observed in the climatic variables over the years. The precipitation and wind speed have shown decreasing trends during the study period. A positive relationship between soil moisture and agricultural land was found through a correlation analysis. Conspicuous findings about the positive relationship between the agricultural land and maximum temperature need further investigation. A multiple linear regression analysis demonstrated a negative relationship between the built-up area and precipitation. The intensity of the precipitation has reduced as a consequence of the developmental activities in the study area. Moreover, a positive relationship was observed between the built-up area and maximum temperature. Thus, this study calls for policy implications to formulate a futuristic land-use plan considering climate change projection in the district.

Fino and Amontillado are Sherry wines, produced in Marco de Jerez area (southern Spain), and aged in Criaderas y Solera system. Fino Sherry wine follows a biological aging process, under a veil of flor yeasts, while Amontillado Sherry wine shares the same biological aging firstly, followed by oxidative aging, which gives them special features. Organic acids, esters, higher alcohols, phenolic compounds and total dry extract of Sherries evolve during aging due to evaporation processes, physical-chemical reactions, wood contributions and microbiological activity. During aging, Sherry wines improve their organoleptic profile, as could be proved in the tasting sessions. Hierarchical Cluster Analysis and Factor Analysis with factor extraction using Principal Components of Sherry wines studied were carried out and natural groupings of the wines according to the type of aging and their age were observed. A strong correlation between the parameters analyzed and the aging of each wine has been seen in the Multiple Linear Regression studies, establishing two different models, one for each type of Sherry wine, that, with only four of all the variables studied estimated the wine age with more than 99% of confidence. This constitutes a useful tool to control the age of these Sherry wines in the winery.

Abstract This study aims to analyse enterprise budgeting and the factors that affect the smallholder Bali cattle fattening income in Barru Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The total respondents were 46 farmers include 11 farmers at Bali cattle fattening enterprise six-month period and 35 farmers at fattening enterprise nine-month period. Respondents were selected using a purposive method. The data of the research was collected using interviews with questionnaires. Analysis of economic potential as follows net income and return to labour and management used enterprise budgeting analysis. The factors that affect the income of farmers using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the 6- and 9-month fattening period of the smallholder Bali cattle fattening have net income of IDR 23,122,086 / farmer/period and IDR 11,926,657/farmer/period. In addition, it provides returns to labour and management of IDR 27,428,173/farmer/period and IDR 15,111,982/farmer/period. The number of feeder cattle and non-formal education dummy partially and significantly influence (P<0.01) income smallholders. Smallholder Bali cattle fattening enterprise is a potential business alternative to generate income for rural communities.

This research aims to determine the effect of brand image and promotion on the decision to use e-money shop for Dr. Soetomo Surabaya both simultaneously and partially as well as to determine the dominant variable on the use decision e - money shopepay. This research is a quantitative research with a causal research method. The population in this study were all Dr. university students. Soetomo, who has the Shopeepay application and has made transactions using Shopeepay, has a total sample of 96 respondents who have been distributed through questionnaires. This study used a random sampling technique to collect respondents and used the unknown populations formula in determining the sample because the population of this study was unknown. Furthermore, the data analysis used instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, simultaneous test, partial test, and determination coefficient test. The results of this study indicate that brand image and promotion have an effect both simultaneously and partially on the decision to use Shopeepay e-money and promotion is the dominant variable influencing the decision to use e-money Shopeepay.

This research was motivated by the phenomenon that the learning readiness of the fifth grade students of public elementary schools in the Raden Intan cluster was low. The research aimed to determine the influence of learning motivation and parents’ attention on students’ learning readiness. In this research the writer used ex-post facto research. The population of this research consisted 132 students with a sample 56 students who was taken by using probability sampling techniques, namely proportionate stratified random sampling. The data collecting techniques used in this research were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis used simple linear regression formula and multiple linear regression. The results showed a positive and significant influence of learning motivation and parents’ attention toward students’ learning readiness at the fifth grade of elementary school.

Abstract: Titanium Grade 2 sample piece were subjected to wear on standard linear reciprocating tribometer machine for dry sliding condition in the constant temperature. Taguchi method were use to predict the wear rate against parameter such as Load, Frequency, and time. Signal to noise ratio and ANOVA were used study the impact of these three parameter on the wear rate. In conclusion, the major statistical factor affecting wear rate is load, followed by frequency and duration. Multiple linear regression equations are developed. Keywords: Titanium grade 2, wear rate, Tribometer, ANOVA
