KONTESTASI PANDANGAN BUDAYA DALAM SEJARAH KONGRES KEBUDAYAAN DI INDONESIA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana kontestasi pandangan budaya yang terjadi pada peristiwa Kongres Kebudayaan Indonesia Tahun 1991. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan dan teknik analisis kebudayaan dalam teks. Teks juga akan dianalisis dengan teori sosiologi kebudayaan menurut Raymond Williams untuk melihat proses produksi dan reproduksi budaya dalam teks. Peneliti menggunakan sebelas teks dari total delapan puluh sembilan teks. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa kontestasi pandangan dapat dilihat berdasarkan tiga karakteristik, yaitu terkait wacana pembangunan nasional, modernisasi kebudayaan Indonesia, dan peran kebudayaan dalam sektor kehidupan masyarakat. Hubungan antara kongres dan politik kebudayaan nasional ditunjukkan dengan adanya gagasan yang mendukung diskursus budaya Orde Baru dan mengkritiknya. Kongres Kebudayaan Indonesia Tahun 1991 melegitimasi politik kebudayaan nasional Orde Baru berdasarkan peran Direktorat Kebudayaan dan TMII, penafsiran atas formasi sosial masyarakat yang terbelakang, dan mode produksi dengan sistem kapitalisme. Sebagai sebuah tradisi yang dilakukan dalam setiap sejarah perkembangan budaya, kongres senantiasa mereproduksi nilai demokratisasi kebudayaan. Gagasan yang melegitimasi politik kebudayaan nasional Orde Baru dicontohkan melalui makalah kebudayaan Barnabas Suebu, Wayan Geriya, Soemitro, Tilaar, dan Sutan Takdir. Sedangkan, yang mengkritik atau menolak gagasan tersebut adalah Nirwan Dewanto, W.S. Rendra, Y.B. Mangunwijaya, Umar Kayam, Dawam Rahardjo, dan Arief Budiman. PENGUATAN JEJARING KOMUNITAS MELALUI TINDAKAN KOLABORATIF

This research is directed to strengthen the network among the drivers of the Climate Village program in ten RWs in DKI Jakarta. Using collaboration action research, this research uses focus group discussion techniques which are conducted twice in each community. During the FGD twice there was an increase in community network marked by the creation of an organizational structure and work program that had not been made so far. These two outcomes are certainly important for building relationships that are more equal to elements of the local government and also the private sector which tends to impose programs on the community.

RELASI KUASA PADA PERNIKAHAN POLIGAMI DALAM PERSPEKTIF KEKERASAN SIMBOLIK

This research is based on the researcher's interest in how the relationship between men and women in polygamous marriages. This study aims to describe what makes women willing to be polygamous and what kind of relationship exists between husband and wife in a polygamous family. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques used are through observation techniques, in-depth interviews, documentation and literature study on related documents. The results showed that in a polygamous family there is a discourse battle, this discourse battle is won by the husband, so that the husband has the right to determine the values ​​used in the family. In polygamous marriages, religion is used and believed to be the dominant discourse. Capital accumulation also affects the position of husband and wife in the family, including economic, social, cultural and symbolic capital. This form of domination carried out by the husband and not being aware of the domination by the wife who works subtly is called by Bourdieu as a form of symbolic violence.

PERAN WARGA DALAM REVITALISASI SISKAMLING DI TENGAH PANDEMI COVID-19 SEBAGAI UPAYA MENJAGA KEAMANAN LINGKUNGAN

Sejak terjadi pandemi covid-19 tindak kejahatan di masyarakat terus meningkat. Desa Kerep ditunjuk oleh Kapolres Kediri kota untuk menjalankan Program Kampung Tangguh. Dalam penerapan program Kampung Tangguh tersebut Desa Kerep memperkuat keamanan lingkungan dengan revitalisasi program siskamling yang sempat berheti lama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peran warga Desa Kerep RT 04 RW 03 dalam revitalisasi program Siskamling menggunakan teori Tindakan Sosial Max Weber. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran warga Desa Kerep dalam revitalisasi siskamling di tengah pandemi covid-19 antaralain ikut serta dalam musyawarah pendirian pos keamanan lingkungan, kerja bakti pendirian pos keamanan lingkungan, serta ronda malam.

POPULISME ISLAM DALAM GERAKAN 212

This study aims to describe the 212 movement as a phenomenon of Islamic populism based on socio-religious movements followed by various Islamic organizations and their contradictions with other Islamic organizations The results showed that the 212 movement phenomenon was followed by various religious groups, especially Islam, participation was based on various forms of motivation, demands, principles and organizational ideology. In addition, the research results show that not all Islamic organizations support the 212 movement, but there are contradictions among religious organizations regarding their perceptions of the 212 movement. Pros and cons tend to be based on interpretations of religious teachings as well as ideology and organizational principles. The results of the research are then analyzed using the concept of mass mobilization and Islamic populism in the study of social movements that lead to the populist movement. The research findings also show that there is a relationship between social movements and Islamic populism as evidenced by the finding of chains of equivalens and empty signifiers which have implications for the formation of political frointer in the Islamic populism movement 212.
