LEGAL MECHANISMS FOR STIMULATING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE OIL AND GAS SECTOR OF THE RUSSIAN ECONOMY

For more than 15 years, a significant part of the budget revenues of the Russian Federation have been tax revenues from the sale of hydrocarbons, in particular oil and natural gas. Despite the desire of our government to minimize its dependence on oil and gas revenues, the government continues to implement measures to encourage both small and large companies by providing some tax-related benefits, thereby encouraging the fields to further develop and expand.

RISK MINIMIZATION MODEL FOR INFORMATION SECURITY SYSTEMS WITH COST CONSTRAINTS

The paper presents a model of nonlinear programming that allows us to determine the optimal distribution of costs for improving the protective properties of a multi-level information security system that minimizes the risk of unauthorized access to data for a system described by the Markov model. A study of the protective properties depending on the allocated investments of the system was carried out.

STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF THE AMBIGUITY OF CIPHERTEXT RECOVERY DEPENDING ON ITS LENGTH

This article provides a statistical analysis of the ambiguity that occurs when restoring a previously encrypted text, using a simple replacement cipher, depending on its length, and studies this issue at different text lengths.

SIMULATION OF THE CIRCULATION FLOW AROUND CIRCULAR PIPES BY A FLOW OF HOMOGENEOUS OR LAYERED BOUNDED LIQUID

The paper studies the uncirculatory and circulatory flow around long circular pipes with a flow of homogeneous and two-layer liquid while limiting the flow to a solid bottom and a solid lid. The method of flat sections is used. The boundaries are modeled by dipoles of unknown intensity, whose density is determined from the boundary conditions. Calculations of the lifting force and wave resistance are presented.
