PENGARUH PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN (PKH) TERHADAP PENANGGULANGAN KEMISKINAN DI KECAMATAN WOYLA KABUPATEN ACEH BARAT

Destitution is a fundamental problem faced by all countries, particularly developing countries like Indonesia. Destitution is a complex problem, so special attention is needed to overcome it. One of the poverty reduction efforts undertaken by the Government of Indonesia is through the Family Hope Program (PKH), which began to emerge in 2007.This research aim to find out and analyze the effect of the Family Hope Program on poverty alleviation in Woyla District, which is one of the areas that received assistance from the Family Hope Program. In this study using quantitative descriptive research methods. The object of this research is the Family Hope Program KPM in Woyla District. The data used are sourced from primary data in the form of answers to questionnaires, observations and secondary data from the government’s official website and the secretariat archives of Woyla District. Methods of data analysis carried out in the form of normality test and simple linear regression. The results of the analysis with the help of the SPSS 20 program indicate that there is a strong relationship between the variables of the Family Hope Program (PKH) and the poverty alleviation variable with a correlation coefficient of 0.601 and a determinant coefficient of 0.361. This means that the Family Hope Program (PKH) has a positive and significant effect on destitution reduction in Woyla District, this means that if the Family Hope Program increases, poverty reduction will also increase.

DAMPAK PENDAPATAN BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDES) TERHADAP KEMISKINAN MASYARAKAT (Studi Kasus Desa Peunaga Pasi Kecamatan Meureubo Kabupaten Aceh Barat

The role of village-owned enterprisesis an institution managed by the government and the village community which aims to strengthen the village economy. This research was conducted for see the impact of village-owned enterprises in overcoming poverty in Peunaga Pasi village, Meureubo sub-district, West Aceh district year 2020. This study aims to determine the impact of village-owned enterprises in overcoming poverty. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative, using a sample of 22 respondents.the results of this study indicate that village-owned enterprises have a positive impact on poverty. the existence of village-owned enterprises has reduced the poverty level of the community in the village of Peunaga Pasi, Meureubo sub- district, West Aceh district

PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN PELATIHAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT DIPO INTERNASIONAL PAHALA OTOMOTIF DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode deskriptif, jenis penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif, data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada perusahaan sebanyak 97 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda. Hasil pengujian yang menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan variabel kompensasi dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening

PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT TELKOM WITEL MEDAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Telkom Witel Medan. Variabel yang digunakan adalah kepemimpinan dan komunikasi sebagai variabel independen dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependennya. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh karyawan PT Telkom Witel Medan, sampel sebanyak 72 orang diambil dari populasi menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik analisa data yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa variabel Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sementara variabel Komunikasi tidak mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial. Secara simultan Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Telkom Witel Medan.

PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN RESTORAN SARI LAUT NELAYAN MEDAN

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Restoran Sari Laut Nelayan Medan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode deskriptif, jenis penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif, data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada perusahaan sebanyak 110 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenus dimana seluruh populasi akan dijadikan sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda. Hasil pengujian yang menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan variabel kompensasi, budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah baik secara parsial dan simultan, variabel kompensasi, budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Restoran Sari Laut Nelayan Medan.
