The results of the research are also expected to have contributed to increasing the sense and value of nationalism towards the nation and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.

The northern part of Lamongan Regency is an area that is geologically and geographically vulnerable to freshwater. The condition of the existing water sources is not suitable for use as a source of clean water, because the water is brackish and green in color. The eutrophication process occurs due to excessive use of fertilizers for pond business, so that the nitrogen and phosphate content is high. The community in Karanggeneng village uses water from the Bengawan Solo River for daily use. The water condition of Bengawan Solo in the rainy season is dark brown in color because it contains a lot of soil, while in the dry season it is green because it contains a lot of pesticide or fertilizer residues discarded by farmers. From the problems above, it is necessary to socialize the water purification of Bengawan Solo by using the filtration method. Socialization activities are carried out directly to the Karanggeneng village community. This activity is carried out in two stages, the first is the preparation of tools and materials, the second stage is socialization to the community. In the first stage, chemical and physical water quality parameters were tested. In the second stage, the community was very enthusiastic about the implementation of this activity. The use of filtration methods is easy and inexpensive to be applied on a household scale. Suggestions, it is necessary to disseminate information to the wider community so that all people can access clean water for their daily needs. the second stage is socialization to the community. Supervision of Bhabinkamtibmas in the use of village funds, aims to ensure that Bhabinkamtibmas can carry out their duties properly. The method used is a normative legal research method with a statutory and conceptual approach. The results of this study indicate that the supervision of Bhabinkamtibmas in the use of village funds is needed to increase the role of Bhabinkamtibmas in village development and coordinate with village community leaders. Because when many community leaders supervise, it is better for the Village Government not to abuse their positions and KKN in the implementation of village development because village funds can tempt officials to do wrong. Bhabinkamtibmas should be involved since planning or deliberation in the hamlet/village, village deliberations (musrenbangdes) so that the development direction is according to priorities in the village and monitoring the village development process. Thus the task of supervising Bhabinkamtibmas can run smoothly, so that it can build a prosperous village without corruption, collusion and nepotism.

This research focuses on the relation of elite H. Andiwarto with sub-elite and village community in maintaining Masra family dynasty for village head position. Masra family dynasty has run for a long time. For 150 years, Masra family descendants occupy the village head position. The survival of Masra family dynasty in the Gapurana Village Government is studied in the relation of H. Andiwarto, who is Masra descendant with sub-elite and village community to maintain Masra family descendant dynasty as a village head. This research used a qualitative method with descriptive research type. The elite theory proposed by Suzanne Keller was used to analyze the relation of elite, sub-elite, and the community. This theory has 4 (four) indicators: the governing elite, the ruling elite, the not ruling elite, and the community. Based on these indicators and the results of this research, the relation built by H. Andiwarto in maintaining Masra family dynasti consists of three relations: relation with the political elite, relation with economic elite, and relation with the social elite. The political elite’s relationship is vital in maintaining the Masra family descendant dynasty. In contrast, the relation between the economic elite and the social elite supports relations for keeping the legitimacy of the village community towards Masra descendants.
